- In this video, we are troubleshooting an infinity carrier system for fault code 44 which is a no communication to the blower motor. we will be replacing the control module to the motor.
Good video. Carrier products keeps us in business bc we can charge good amounts for the repairs.

Funny I just did one two days ago. I know the code fault also by numbers. I use the the tec inspect to test the motors. Our company don’t get the module for the motor. They have us replace the entire motor. So much easier your way, and I told my company but they don’t want the entire motor replaced.

Antonio Santiago thanks for the comment and yes it’s much easier to replace the module but everyone has there opinions.
eddiehvac it’s our company opinions. I would much rather have different modules and get customer airflow on the spot instead of waiting for Parts. That’s a way they could loose customers. But love the infinity videos we also deal with them allot.
Antonio Santiago your right makes sense if you can afford to stock in the van.
Not bad mouthing any company by any means but when I hear that a company always wants the whole motor replaced it is most likely whoever is in charge of service does not have a good understanding of those motors which is sad psc is a thing in the past x13 and ecm is the future no need in fighting it like I said I’m not bad mouthing anybody please don’t take it that way

You have to do what they want you to do. They say the difference on the module and the entire motor is not to much. So they rather replace the motor. My thing is that I rather get customer heat or cooling on the spot.
