Doc, i've had Vbeam treatments on high purpura settings (up to 14j 6m/s) with no results on my PIE. Acne has been under control for a looong time and i've tried all the recommended topicals. Any thoughts on why my case could be so resistant?
Great video Dr. LIM. Love all your content. Yesterday I had secret RF micro needling done. I was writhing in pain on the table with each pass of the gun. She saw I was in such pain but didn't acknowledge it or offer to do more numbing, etc. She spread some cream on me when I first got on the table and then started 15 minutes later. No plastic saran wrap or anything, wow it hurt soooo much. Is this normal and is this how it works if I were to get MORE treatments done? Or did I get a bad & uncaring provider?

I use DMSO and H2O2 (3%) for my pimemtation and heeling process. Aloe Vera fresh from leves works well too.
