    Interesting life story. I was in the military, had lost my fiancé to another man while away from home and could do nothing about it. I had been around drugs for several years but never participated. But having lost that which had given me meaning, suddenly I was lost. Sent to Hawaii on a TDY, one day coming out of the barracks to head on over to the flight line, I saw someone had thrown in the garbage, Pearl S Bucks "Story Bible." (The worst every written). But it was enough to remind me what I had heard by my grandparents when very young and as soon as I got back to base, to check out a real bible. But then, transferred to another base and being reminded of my loss, two "friends" shoved a tab of LSD down my throat before going to see "Give Me Shelter". It was a transforming moment where I saw the "world" and its vain system of carrot-on-the-end-of-a-stick hope and promises. I've had few epiphany moments but that one I will never forget.

      @@jesuslovesyou.repent.4473 what’s that mean?

    • @jesuslovesyou.repent.4473
      @jesuslovesyou.repent.4473 Před 2 lety

      @@beecee3161 it's like there are people who lives and works in America, they love America and they want to become Americans even some people thinks they are Christians and some evem believe they are but in reality they aren't Americans (yet).
      That's how the church is today, so many people in church haven't accepted Jesus, but they call themselves Christians and they attend church..
      Did that clear the confusion?.

    I Love the Bible Reading Plan!
    But sorry; you are still confused. Your conversion experience is not biblical. You have to be spiritually and intellectually honest.
    Read all the conversions in the book of Acts. There is nothing similar to your experience 'being saved' in the books of Acts.
