@@NGMK He didn't report that PC was a scam. He was just speculating during a recording. If I'm remembering correctly, it was because Sakana open auditions before doing any other prep work. He was just making up as he went.
I tried to get someone to try out for Vreverie's 1st generation and she refused because she thought it was a scam. I'm not sure how a fake vtuber agency would even work as scam. Collecting personal info, I guess?
What if Sakana grabbed some random mentally iII girls to scam them, but they just happened to be great and successful Vtubers?

He lacked Vtuber experience so the talents got to do their own thing and he wasn’t up their ass cause he didn’t know what worked content wise, but clearly he understood marketing and brand awareness. They’re probably just breaking even as a company but what’s important for now is growth and they’re outpacing most other midsize companies. Helps that Nijisanji EN can’t stop imploding every month so there’s no stable #2 in the EN market.

I'm beginning to wonder if only 7 people applied to PC in the beginning.
I remember he talked about it in the QA he did with Airi a while back. According to that stream, PC had 100-ish applicants the first time, 1000-ish the second, and 2000-ish the third.
