What’s the movie about?
Lucy (Scarlett Johansson from Avengers and Lost in Translation) is studying in Taiwan and is dating Richard (Pilou Asbæk from Game of Thrones) that she met at a nightclub. When Richard has a briefcase to deliver to the mysterious Korean Mr. Jang (Choi Min-sik from Oldboy), he tricks Lucy and cuffs her to the briefcase. Lucy has no other option but to meet Mr. Jang, who is a dangerous drug lord that kills Richard. Lucy discovers that the briefcase contains the synthetic drug CPH4 and she is forced to work with Mr. Jang as a drug mule with three other men and transport the drug to Europe hidden in their abdomens. However one of her captors kicks her in the abdomen and releases the CPH4 in her body. Soon Lucy enhances her brain capacity and develops her physical and mental capabilities. She uses her abilities to kill the criminals and flees. However her power does not stop increasing and is destroying Lucy who needs to use more CPH4 to stabilize her body. She contacts Professor Norman (Morgan Freeman from Street Smart and Glory), who is an authority in brain capacity, and the scientist becomes her hope to save her. But Mr. Jang wants to retrieve his drug and is hunting Lucy down.

This scene was portrayed beautifully by Scarlett Johansson. In this scene, my interpretation is that she's saying goodbye to her mother, her old life, her humanity after this call I believe everything that made her human faded away completely with no hope of coming back, in her explanation, how she can feel everything, the air, the space, the people, the vibrations, her oldest and deepest memories, it's all in her reach now. But despite knowing she's losing her humanity, her emotions, her ability to feel love, she still carries on and tells her mother she loves her and knows this will be the last conversation she will ever have with her mother before she becomes one with the universe, the person who her mom is talking to is the real, human Lucy and Lucy is thanking her mother for everything she's done for her, it's beautiful and it's terrifying.
...Has to be the strangest call a mother could receive.
Yeah she didn't even question if she was on drugs and when I saw this in theaters I thought it was the dumbest scene in cinema history like what mother would react like that. Also when she said I can still taste your milk I died laughing in the theater and no one else laughed and everyone looked at me weird. I just thought it was the dumbest line ever. Just god awful acting

For being an action/sci fi movie, this was a beautiful, well-written, moving conversation. Never mind that she was undergoing abdominal surgery without anesthetic, after having shot her way there...

The fainting nurse deserves an Oscar.
The mother didn't seem to notice any red flags. If it was me, I would have been calling my daughter like crazy and taking a flight over there and bringing her home.

What's interesting is that she's explaining to her mother exactly what you start to experience when you develop a third eye. Whoever wrote this script had to be spritually gifted or was told by someone that is in order to know this.
Or tried certain drugs, which is also plausible.
Or is actually good at writing scripts.. life isn't fairytales you know.. people are the ones who make life fairytales and it is awesome. So it is better to respect that.

Exactly, similar thing happened to me after my return from a covid hospital. My brain was working 5x. I was sleeping for 1 hr a day. There was no exhaustion. I was eating 3x. Everything was felt so great.Some sort of divine intervention.

you need to know that actualy, teeth move during the life and can make disalignement after brace. It can happen during adult or oldness for natural or medical reasons.
My wisdom teeth made the front bottom teeth crooked in mine, also I hated wearing retainers after having my braces removed.

When I was younger something similair but not nearly as deep happened. I was living a more pure lifestyle but vibrations were more apparent.
