the french cops expressions were absolutely brilliant ..they couldn't have chosen anyone better for the part

I loved this film on several levels, and it gave me a new respect for Scarlet's beauty and acting ability. Her dead pan expressions throughout much of the film were unique and entertaining.
A reminder. That is a nice way to put it. There is probably some value in such a memento. It is a good idea to remain grounded.
The real magic was how, a few seconds after ripping a guy's abdomen open and pulling out a bag covered in blood, her hand, now also covered in fresh blood, doesn't leave any blood on the door when she opens it.
Or when she gets back in he car and there's no blood on the suitcase or her hands 😂
such a kick ass movie......I watch it over and over just to feel good. ha ha ha
Great film with both Scarlett and Morgan. Liked the concept of the story even though its far fetched but well thought out and a good script. Great to watch.

Despite being totally unbelievable I thought this was one of the best movies EVER!!!! seen it 6-7 times. Thing is we never really know how much of it could be possible..... do we???

Despite its ridiculous premise, it is a fun movie
If you look at from the perspective of scientific accuracy, brilliance of storytelling, fight choreography, etc., then of course it will be a ridiculous movie. But I don’t think that’s how the writers truly intended it to be viewed. They don’t want you to try to look at it how you would a regular movie. They want you to look at it in terms of meaning. It is, whether you agree or not, an extremely philosophically involved movie, asking viewers to think about the ramifications of our past and future evolution, our place in the universe, the increasing development of computers, the potential existence of a higher power, what information even is, the scope of potential knowledge, etc.

In the first scene, in the corridor, she realized that she was already beyond the stage where she needed to kill all the goons to get the briefcase. Or am I misinterpreting it?

One of my favorite movies is Akira, there is a scene where he is in the hall and uses a force-burst to crush people into the walls. I was really hoping she would do that. I do like that she was in Ghost in the Shell. 🥰

It is a good storyline, with a wonderfull French style of telling.
But . . .
it would have been so much better if the French realy had a voice over all the exaggerated special effects! They are just much better in controlling themselves at that.
Frankly I am hoping for some un-french initiative like a remake. Pure French special effect style!! Hopefully with Scarlett in it as she will be so much better with that.
