CM Punk always liked and respected John Cena. Even during their feuds there was mutual respect. Punk never had a problem with Cena over his push, it was the higher ups he had a problem with.
He even commented that cena was a workhorse since he was showing up every week and was a hard worker

Wow. That photo at 2:44 may be some of the most overlooked, yet incredibly talented wrestlers to hold the titles at the same time during that era of WWE.
It’s amazing how all of those people are some of my favorite wrestlers.. it also makes me sad that they didn’t all get the title shots they should’ve

I don't know if Shawn Michaels would be considered an enemy, though. Punk even admitted years ago that when Vince was about to release Punk, Shawn was one of the guys that stood up for Punk and told Vince to back down on the older 'attitude era' guys and build again and use Punk as one of the building blocks. I remember seeing a twitter thing about it after Punk left.
Sean Michael’s also became a born again Christian, overcame addiction, and changed his life around. Michael’s was always a good guy, got trapped in addiction for a while but thankfully overcame!

I feel some of the things Ryback says are lies. He's just bitter some people complained about him being dangerous to work with. Even cena and AJ Styles have complained about him.
It’s really weird to me that AJ Styles complained about Ryback because they couldn’t have had more than like 4 matches. The only time I can remember them actually being in the ring at the same time is the 2016 Royal Rumble. AJ’s WWE Debut. Ryback was released less than a quarter of year later so they can’t have had that much time in the ring together.

The Rock I think he used to be, but from what I can tell his experience in MMA humbled him. He seems a lot more chill and forgiving now, which is something I’ve personally found MMA can do for you. It’s like a discipline.

The match sucked due to Miz' early concussion and Rock interfering but leading up to the event, Miz had one of his greatest years being a US champion, MITB winner and winning his first WWE title. His stuff on NXT with Daniel Bryan brought huge heat and he even made a 60 something year old Lawler look great in a TLC match. Not to mention his backstage promo about how he was bullied when he first arrived and had to get dressed in the corridor.

CM Punk being real as hell. Wow. He definitely broke the mold for rawness. No matter the era we always kind of knew that wrestlers were either doing gimmicks or playing outsized versions of themselves. Even genuinely insane wrestlers made you think it was all “part of the show”. Punk was the first guy that made you doubt that. Every once in a while you had to stop and ask yourself, “Am I watching another Montreal Screwjob moment? Is this really happening? That guy looks pissed!”
Everything and everything you see in this modern era of WWE is scripted even if you saw another screwjob on TV it would 100% be scripted, CM Punk gimmick and his character is also scripted, the pipe bomb promo was scripted aswell, he just complains and bitches about everything when it isnt scripted.
Bloater Snake I meant “real” in a wrestling sense. “Real” as in “Stone Cold was real”. It’s a fabricated, inflated character based on their actual personality or at least a part of their personality. Steve Austin himself says that for the most part prior to shaving his head and creating the character, he was not “Stone Cold”. There was something in him that birthed that character, but he had to wake it up. CM Punk brought that back in a way that made people question whether they were seeing was scripted or not, even though it was. But just like Stone Cold, he relished saying what he had to say and there was definitely some truth behind it.
