This is the last time we will be editing like this for the movies, we've been working on different methods to get past copyright and hopefully it won't have to be done like this again.. I tried editing and reploading 7 times and it just wouldn't work for me; I'm sorry guys I'll do better and I forgot the ending because I'm an idiot lol. Hopefully Sundays we can see more content coming out! :)
Look at comments!!!! I see mostly people pointing out Poetic justice please do poetic justice!!!!
if youre on denzel kick then do fallen
Fresh with Samuel L Jackson. It has a great ending.
Thanks from the Philippines...
I'm so glad you guys chose this..... I've been trying to get everyone to react to this
The best kid acting I’ve ever seen, during the kidnapping she did so good. Poor thing.
Dakota fanning is amazing🔥
It's funny; Denzel said Dakota was so good he realized he was getting owned and had to raise his game.
Yea, Dakota Fanning might be the best child actor ever.
"Creasey's art is death. And he's about to paint his masterpiece."
I loved that quote!
@@OctoKrool please react to my favorite Tony Scott movie The Last Boy Scout (1991). It's a buddy cop action movie starring Bruce Willis, Damon Wayans and Halley Berry before she was famous. You'll enjoy it.
@@jesselester9722 why have I never heard of this?!? This sounds amazing
@@sneedmando186 it's very underrated. I've just watched about a year ago. It's become a favorite of mine since. Out of all Tony Scott's movies this is my absolute favorite. It's pretty funny as hell. Plus it's written by the great Shane Black so that's a bonus.
Classic line!
add Law Abiding Citizen to the list boys!
Agreed!!!!!
An absolute must
Yes!!!!
UP. This one is excellent too
Hell YES!!!
Denzel Washington did five movies with the late director Tony Scott. They're all fun watches, and at least a couple of them are darn towards exceptional. (Man on Fire being one of them.)
- Crimson Tide
- Man on Fire
- Deja Vu
- The Taking of Pelham 123
- Unstoppable
Plus he did a movie with brother Ridley Scott called American Gangster, co-starring Russel Crowe. Add that one to your list, because it's fan-freaking-tastic!
The Taking of Pelham 123 is one of the best movies ever made.
Crimson Tide is an incredible movie and definitely one that's under appreciated. Please react to that next.
Crimson Tide very great movie! I think it also put Denzels name before Gene Hackmans on the poster and maybe also in the trailer. Denzel for years was already a great actor before that! The movie Fallen is also a must see "Timeeeeeee is on my side" and if you realy want to sit on the edge of your seat watch The Equalizer....Man on Fire times 10!
Unstoppable is one of the movies I watch on repeat.
@@freebirdallen - Unstoppable became one of the most quoted movies between my best buddy from college and I. So enjoyable. And also the best movie drinking
game I ever played was to Unstoppable.
"Not for you... I'm not doing it for you."
(Everyone finishes their drink on that line.)
FINALLY somebody does a reaction to this movie. I have always loved this movie!!! Thank you!!!
White Noise Reacts just uploaded their reaction to it yesterday.
@@lineage6579 I watched their reaction but I can’t tell if they liked it. What do you think?
@@govand7
They probably liked it.
As someone mentioned in another reaction, maybe it's finally someone who hasn't seen it.
agree!! love this movie
My mom lives by the corner where they filmed the "thats between them and god, its my job to arrange the meeting" scene. It was really cool to see that whole filming process right out of her balcony!
😎
Not just one of my favorite Denzel films, but one of my all time favorites period. I love how Creasey and Peta's relationship was rocky at 1st, realistic, bc he was in his own misery. Creasey and Peta's relationship was so heartwarming and heartbreaking, it wasnt weird or anything. And I love how her spirit was with him as he was avenging her.
Dakota Fanning was indeed an awesome actress even at that age, she even stopped acting for some yrs to attend school & college. The whole cast was awesome but, Denzel Washington man OMG what can you say. I've seen this film so many times, never gets old. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Pita*.....? Short for Lupita, also short for Guadalupe..... Couldn't help myself 🤷🏻♀️. That aside, I agree with all you said! 🙂
I absolutely adore just how much of the film is dedicated to building the relationship between Creasy and Pita, I love a good revenge film but so many of them fall short because it's just hard to get attached to a family or a friend of the main character if they're only there for like ten minutes before they get killed/kidnapped. By the time Pita is kidnapped it feels like your heart is getting wrenched out of your chest, it's so effective.
Still can't believe that Dakota Fanning was only 7 years old here, her age isn't even in the double digits and she is more than holding her own against Denzel Washington of all people, that's a phenomenal achievement for actors four times her age.
That moment when you get a mother's blessing to unleash the gates of Hell as she hands you her daughter's teddy bear..... breathless!
Denzel Washington was so impressed with Dakota Fanning's acting that he'd watch her and forget he was in the scene.
I mirrored the wife's emotional journey: anxious and fearful when pita was kidnapped, heartbroken and vengeful when she heard pita died, and angry & disgusted when she found out her husband's role. The director wanted dakota fanning for the role after watching her in I Am Sam (which should be added to your watch list if it's not already).
As a brazilian, it was cool too see two brazilians actors on the cast!
Dakota Fanning and Radha Mitchell were great. Mr. Walken and Mr. Gianini great as always. Shout out to Marc Anthony, always a fan of this guy!
and Denzel, man, LEGENDARY!
In my humble opinion, this is kinda the Gladiator of Mr. Tony Scott's career. Full of great movies btw.
RIP sir, thanks for this masterpiece
This movie has been in my top 5 since I first saw it in 2004. Absolute perfection. 🥰
Training Day is another intense, gripping Denzel movie...and whoa, he kills it! This man knows how to deliver dialogue. He transformed a one sentence line into 3 badass sentences:"I wish. You had. More time.", you just know it wasn't written in the script like that.
It's very difficult to name a bad movie by Denzel 🤷 he's just great in everything he does
Yup.
INSIDE MAN! Denzel, Clive Owen, Jolie Foster, the great Christopher Plummer. Awesome, director Spike Lee.
Good movie!
💯 Glory as well
Another Denzel great flick: John Q.
And just friendly fyi Pita is short for Lupita, and the actual name is Guadalupe. Very traditional catholic name.
John Q will , kill em
@@Lola-di8fq right?!?!?! Good luck not shedding tears with that one!!
A year after this movie, Dakota Fanning worked with Spielberg in "War of the worlds"; she was also great in that movie.
personally i felt she screamed too much during that film
@@thegirlinquestion I agree, I've always thought the same!!
@@ninagude0586 lol yeah the 2 kids were very annoying :’)
@@thegirlinquestion True! Dakota was just a tad bit more so though.... Lol 🤭
Some other great Tony Scott films to check out are "Enemy of the State" (1998), "Crimson Tide" (1995), and "True Romance" (1993).
yea he was great at putting action
movies together
Tony Scott directed the last boy scout with Bruce Willis and Damon way and and Beverly hills cop 2 with Eddie Murphy.
Don't forget "Black Hawk Down", I consider that one the best.
@@kimberlyhicks3644 Actually that was directed by his brother, Ridley Scott.
One of the most underrated action movies. So well done. The Equalizer movies reminded me of this a little bit!
Another good Denzel movie is Out Of Time, also Deja Vu.
Also Fallen
Is there such a thing as a bad Denzel movie?
For more badass Denzel, see "Deja Vu"! It's probably in my top 10 movies of the century so far. For more Dakota, see "I Am Sam". Especially if you're a Beatles fan.
Déjà Vu definitely underrated. Makes you think for sure
Unbelievable movie!!! One of my favorite Denzel movies!!
Yesssss! I am Sam is an AMAZING MOVIE!!!
I swear I must've watched 'I Am Sam' a million times when it came out- that and 'Rain Man'. 🥺🤗
I AM SAM!!
I git to be part of a junket roundtable interview with a then 7 year old Dakota Fanning, not too long before this. It was my first interview. When she walked out, the experienced guys were blown away. "Was she 35?" She was at least as smart as her character here. She sat down and was in charge and every answer was a full paragraph. Not surprised she's had a great career.
Denzel buys a Linda Rondstadt CD while her cover of Blue Bayou plays. She did several Spanish music albums and was as huge South of the border as here. Incase you needed some meaningless facts.
History nerds of CZcams appreciate you ♥️ 🍪
@@sneedmando186 Thanks. I need to edit as Dakota was 7 in the interview. Oy.
True Romance. That’s a masterpiece. Definitely put that one on your list boys.
If you guys like this movie, Out of Time is a great movie with Denzel in it.
Agreed!
Plz!! Yessssss
Yo! First time seeing a "Man On Fire" reaction, and I'm here for it all.
"Rosewood"
"Poltergeist"
"Angel heart"
"The devils advocate"
"Legend"
"The inkwell"
"Teeth"
You're kind of all over the place with that list but I agree with Angle Heart for a reaction.
@@confucius12012 lol
I'm with Rosewood for the Anger and Tears
I would love to see their reaction to "Rosewood", one of the greatest movies.
Sure all know but it’s based closely on the true story of this ex special forces , CIA operator gone body guard dealing with ptsd and self medicating, he attached to Pita like a father she didn’t have and man he WRECKED the cartel involved and made the ultimate sacrifice in the end, gave his life for that little Angel. Sad becasue as a private bodyguard and in Mexico , there’s no story or recognition for this amazing true story until this was made. Love it’
Wow! I didn't know that this movie is based on a true story.
It is not. It is based on a book by AJ Quinnell Man on Fire published in 1980. This is mentioned in credits. There is an earlier version of this movie from 1987 with Scott Glenn and Joe Pesci which is set in Italy and deals with Mafia kidnapping as per book. Apparently, this was considered to be unrelatable to American market, so it was heavily Americanised and action movie to nearby Mexico. I have first read this book more than 25 years ago and it is still one of my favourite in thriller genre. If you like the movie- read the book, it is so much more powerful.
This is the 1st movie that made me cry out loud.
WATCH THE GREEN MILE
One of my favorite Denzel movies is called Out of Time. The set up of the movie is great and what happens to his character is crazy.
Try "Book of Eli" . Denzel Washington is phenomenal in it.
Omg you don’t even know how excited I got when I saw that you guys reacted to this movie🤪🤪😭
At last, a Man on Fire reaction and so glad it was you guys. What a fantastic film. Thought Dakota Fanning was amazing, a precocious talent. My Favourite Denzel film. Would love you guys to watch American Gangster, another great Denzel film, and Snatch, a British crime comedy drama (watch it with cc's on) with Brad Pitt playing an Irish Gipsy.
Whatever you guys decide to watch keep up the good work, love the channel.
Dakota Fanning is one of the best child actresses ever. There is something about her face that made her perfect for sad roles.
My favorite movie of hers is Trapped with Kevin Bacon and Courtney Love.
You should check her out in The Alienist. Good series, good acting.
Probably her gigantic doll eyes lol
Very expressive though
she's very believable in her roles.
This movie's great in its own right. Definitely a hidden gem. But years later I see it kind of as Denzel's audition for The Equalizer.
I would love to see a reaction to "16 Blocks". I think it's a super underrated Bruce Willis movie.
“Fresh” starring Samuel L Jackson please don’t deprive yourselves with missing such a classic film. You guys need to watch this movie ASAP.
Yep. Black classic...
@@ertfgghhhh classic in general.
@@frankcastle9104 i agree. But the audience that watched the movie and hailed it as a classic is the black audience....
@@ertfgghhhh #facts
Fresh is one of the best movies Ive ever seen. I watch a lot of movies.
'I still can't believe it went so bad...'
Wait till it gets really bad. For the guys who are not Denzel Washington.
Leon: The Professional a must see! Good movie about an assassin and child bonding under unfortunate circumstances. A classic.
Marc Antony can act. Unlike his ex Jennifer Lopez.
She's only been great in two movies I've seen: Selena and Enough.
She’s a better actor than she is singer, I’ll at least give her acting.
Why can't you just give him a compliment? Why do you need to throw his ex under the bus to do so? Gross.
Next Denzel movies should be “American Gangster” and “Fallen”
Fallen scares me to death.... i cant
@@callherfoofoo I know!! Isn’t it terrifying?!!
These would have to be my Top Ten Denzel films:
1. Man on Fire
2. The Magnificent Seven
3. Remember the Titans
4. The Equalizer
5. American Gangster
6. The Taking of Pelham 123
7. Malcolm X
8. Training Day
9. The Siege
10. Fallen
@@shanerose7204 I would put 5,8,9,& 10 on top
This is one of my favorite movies of all time, Denzel is amazing.....I watch it at least twice a year. 👍 I don't know if it's his 'best' performance but this is his greatest film IMO
My 2nd fav movie of all time. Denzel killed this!!
Yeah, a heavy convo to have with (lu)Pita , but if Any kid can at least understand it , she is the one. She's a smart freakin' kid.
Do 187 with Samuel Jackson, you’ll love it
Wiggle your phalanges
One of the best movies ever!!!
I would watch this movie with my dad all the time growing up. It was one of his favorites
Your dad has good taste!
RIP Tony Scott, a very underrated director, who will sadly always be in he shadow of his brother Ridley.
Inside Man is another fantastic Denzel flick. Also, the snoring in the background made me laugh every time.
You need to see King of New York 🤯
And to live and die in LA 1985 movie.
Good movie
Kings* of New York... Not trying to nitpick, but it makes a difference. I would love to see their reactions to it. Great movie. 🎥
This movie is one of my favourites. I first watched it way back when it was released. I've watched it numerous times since. But only fairly recently did I find out that it's a remake. The original was released in 1987.
What was the original movie called?
@@reneedennis2011 It was called Man On Fire and starred an actor called Scott Glenn in the role of Creasy.
Scott Glenn also had a small role in Training Day with Denzel Washington too!
@@Rob_Infinity3 Okay. Thanjs!
I really liked the original a little more, I seen the Denzel one first and I liked it for a long time and didn’t even know it was a remake, and when I seen the original with Scott Glenn, I really liked it a lot more, especially Scott Glenn’s version of Creasy Bear.
I loved seeing them together in Training Day too, that was a trip, especially after knowing that they both played the same character in different time periods, and in different countries.
WATCH DENZELS MOVIE FALLEN NEXT.
Unstoppable is another awesome Denzel Washington movie. I always stop what I'm doing to watch it.
If you want the video game version of this movie, play Max Payne 3.
Another Good Denzel movie Remember The Titans!!!
This is the first video of yours I'm watching and I'm 25 seconds in and already smiling and having a great time. I think this was the quickest "I think I'm going to like this channel" feeling I've ever had. Hopefully these fun times continue and I check out more of your videos. Even if I don't keep up the great work and have fun doing it!
Every time I hear The Voice say I'll give you a life for a life. Then he say, her life for your life, AND the life of my brother. In my book that's two lives for one.
I think u guys are great. So enjoy your reactions. Thanks for the fun 😀 xx
I love this movie because he taught her confidence and she taught him how to love again.
One of my favorite movies. Story of redemption, finding purpose and sacrifice. As a recovering alcoholic no matter how many times I watch it, it always hits home.
Man, am I glad it seems you guys have gotten better at reacting, or editing, in the past year. The long bouts of silence were painful. Love this movie.
Thank you, it's all trial and error figuring out what works; especially when first starting out lol.
From a big Denzel fan, I always thought this was grossly underrated. It’s in my top five for its awesome cold one liners alone.
Carlos please recommend the movie "Deliverance" so these two can watch a 1970's masterpiece full of cultural references. L8
Yessss. Saw it in the 90s. Was devastated. Must see
Please don't forget to react to "Dejavu" - featuring Denzel Washington as well. Great job guys....as usual!
🙏🏼
Curtis was so into it that he only speaks to respond to Chris. He definitely like it.
The movie (Déjà Vu) with denzel washington in 06 was a trippy movie when I was young
That was another one of his five collaborations with Tony Scott, and I freakin' loved it.
Please watch Denzel Washington as Malcolm X. He was Oscar nominated for that role, but got ripped off! It's one of his best films. Top 3 at least.
I have a strong bond with one of my best friends’ little daughters man and to think that something like this could happen to them would literally kill me! I love this movie! got me teared up!!
I love that Ridley Scott used the same outro music for Creasy as he did for Maximus in Gladiator. They are both fallen warriors who survived long enough to avenge their loved ones. Respect.
The little girl is an amazing actress. Hide and Seek (2005) She was in the movie with Robert de Niro. Psychological thriller. Excellent plot.
Kinda still hoping they do What’s Love Got to Do With It lol
Maybe even Remember the Titans…
Best low key Denzel along with John Q no one talks about but it is amazing. Glad to see you all had this in the back catalog
Mixed Blood (1985( is very slept on. So is King of New York (1989).
Please do a reaction to Carlito's Way starring Al Pacino and Sean Penn, classic movie.
omg yes
Yes! Then after you see Carlito's Way you must do a reaction to Carlito's Way: Rise to Power. It's b grade but it's the better of the 2.
This movie's based on an old novel from decades ago.
In the novel, the girl does die...after suffering a fate worse than death, if you get what I mean.
Creasy got vengeance for her but didn't die. He lived on and there's 4 more books following up on him.
They're also brought Denzel Washington and Dakota Fanning back together in last years release Equalizer 3.
This is one of my favorite movies Denzel Washington is one of the best actors ever he can show so much emotion and passion on film the man is a legend
Elle said that Dakota has a photographic memory and the first time she went to LA she snagged ten commercials in the first week so the whole family moved to support her.
My favorite scene in the film was when Pita asked him what's a concubine and they did the smiling vs smirking exchange.
That scene still gives me goosebumps when i watch it on CZcams.
That was actually one of my favorite scenes too, especially when Creasy explains it as having more than one wife and Pita saying she couldn't handle more than one of her mom lol
love your guys reactions. keep it up!
Yall need to watch the warriors 1979.
One of my favorites
My favorite movie, seen it 100 times but when I watched it on the beach in the Maldives under the stars it was somehow even better. We she runs to him on that bridge smh I cry like a baby.
This is one of those Denzel movies about faith, especially the bad bullet scene, reminds me of this quote I heard, “the odds work in mysterious ways”,
Also, don’t gamble or offer what you aren’t willing to lose
Guys love both your reactions. This is also one of my favourite movies. Thumbs up.🖒👏👏
Creasey bear!!!
Isnt it a marvel we are alive to witness the beauty of Denzel & Dakota's art craft?
If you loved the twists in this movie and the emotional journey then react to “John Q” you’ll absolutely love it guaranteed!!!!
This and John Q are my favorite Denzel movies. I forget how much I enjoy this movie until I watch it.
I've been watching the movies all day thank you
Dakota did an amazing job in War of the Worlds. Good one to check out!
Check out a younger Dakota Fanning, with Sean Penn, in the movie I am Sam!! The kid has some great acting chops!!
Younger or older, dakota is a fantastic actress who has worked with some of the best in the business. I adore her and she is as brilliant and unassuming as the characters she has played!
Dakota Fanning had a small role as a grown-up recently in Quentin Tarantino's "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood". You need to do Tarantino's films.
good recommendation again Carlos! One of my favourites.
That’s one of my favorites !
Damn...You guys are getting better. Great job
Pita was helping Creasy protect her. She started writing so he can focus on driving and what not.
List movie
"187" base on a true story
"Blood in blood out"
"Hachi" base on a true story
"American me" base on a true story
"Havac"
I don't know if you guys have seen Hurricane but in my opinion it is Denzel's greatest performance. Maybe not the best movie ever but it is Denzel's acting masterclass.
Hell yes!!!! Great movie! Probably my favorite Denzel movie!!! Man just guys are doing some Good Films!
This is a good true story worth watching after i watched it on tv i went and bought the dvd to see what all was cut out for tv
Dakota Fanning's acting in this is just unbelievable. The fear and emotion she's able to show, especially at her age in it...kinda makes it hard to watch it's so good. Great movie though. The father's involvement explains why he didn't care about Creasy's drinking, he just needed any bodyguard for the kidnapping insurance to be valid.
This one of the few movies which can make grown men tear up
