So, I'm guessing this guy probably just had such a bad concussion that after he hit his head a second time it put him in a straight up coma, to the point where he just dreamt this or died, because I'm no doctor but I imagine hitting your head on a piece of iron repeatedly would probably cause internal bleeding in your head after a while lol
nah its tbh a pretty common technic i mean maybe not for the head in general but there it works too that you harden your skin and bones and can easily break stones etc. without taking damage by your self but normally of course is mostly done with the hands and feets also kwon as iron fist thats why he is iron head^^
