There is a very disturbing and distinct pattern to all these heads of departments. When questioned about their department they supposedly lead, they either can't answer the most basic questions or they flat out lie. I would say they were put into these positions because they are good little soldiers and follow orders without question. These fools are are cutting holes in the boat they too are on, thinking they will have a spot in the lifeboats. I guess they will see if that promise is true in the end.
All the more reason why it matters what qualifications a person has versus what a person is
They need to be real life qualifications and not just academic. As a licensed electrician, I had to correct the mistakes of engineers all the time. They had the qualifications but no actual knowledge of the work. These days people get a piece of paper for turning up and saying the right words. Blessings from Australia.
