It’s amazing how Congress can’t get a single straight answer out of ANYONE that testifies.
They can but those are the ones who actually go up not backed by some other entity, a cause that they believe in. So those are few and far between. I believe Riley Gains went to testify against trans-gender women being allowed to compete in women's sports?

@@pauljohnson7486 As an example there is no law preventing you from taking your trailer to the dump all day and all night. Rig drivers have a limit of 11 hours in a 24 hour period. Thats without the danger of dealing with idiots in 4 door little boxes on wheels who drive like they are still in the bumper cars they drove aged 8, or having to pick routes that won't get the top of their trailer torn off or the rig caught in a bridge or having to reverse down a country lane because fools need to get to their destination 5 minutes faster rather than showing some courtesy on the road. You haven't a clue, stick to your town car, its about the safest thing for other road users.

I like how it goes after people sometimes, but not here. In this particular case, he's just wasting time. He knows what she means. He knows very clearly that she is saying that the grocery store should be looked at, primarily because so many of them are now under one banner and price-fixing would be a lot easier, but she's not ready to accuse them yet because they haven't been closely looked at. She's actually wanting not to defame them, which is basically what he's asking her to do. Kennedy just wants to play games and get sound bites. He's effective one day and useless the next. This is a next day.

Our inflation isn't significantly higher than any of the other G7 countries, and is lower than most. I suppose Biden is responsible for high inflation in Germany, France, and the European Union too.

The dollar is worth less due to inflation, so it takes more of said dollar to be of equal worth to the product from before. Those profits you see? Worth less that before due to inflation. In fact, what you need to look at is profit margin compared to the inflation to determine the true worth of it. They're losing profit margins despite the number going up. That's a massive red flag and usually leads to collapse of entire countries when the largest corporations start seeing that.

to answer a question directly is something that every single nominee or politician avoids with a passion. 'It's an ongoing investigation, and I am unable to answer that question." This is a favorite response of the FBI and the DOJ.
When a regular person avoids questions like a politician, we’d be thrown in jail, and charged with contempt.
The underworld is taking over the upper world. The Democrats cannot win against evil. The Democrats think they can hold crime accountable with rights and proven arguments. Openly, liars can undermine the course of justice. A suspect can openly threaten the members of the jury. These terrorists are ashamed of nothing. Even if millions of people die. These criminals don't care about people. Look at how Covid was seen as a voting advantage. Look at how people are treated in the current wars. Can the increase in this violence be stopped? When does justice intervene? The laws and all proven arguments do nothing if they are not acted upon.
What if you are the accused in a trial? Nuance is important. Generalizations are usually meaningless. Try again. If you are a regular person, there is a lack of thought in your obvious lack of legal knowledge. Once again, try again.

I think most Americans would agree that retail grocery chains have worked in coordination to raise prices 400% above what they were before covid , while making products smaller, and a much poorer quality !

price fixing doesnt need to equate in cartoon villain profit margins. in canada several grocery companies were caught price fixing bread by up to $1.50 more over a 16 year period (this included Walmart Canada). Price fixing is price fixing.

The testimony before Congress seems more like a theatrical performance than a pursuit of justice. It's disheartening to witness individuals lying without consequence, regardless of their actions.
