This is one of the most important videos I've watched about hair growth and health. People seem to not understand the importance of diet, sleep, and water to their hair growth. Your videos are so informative that some women should see the information and just ignore the stuff about facial hair. They might eye candy as well lol. Thank you for providing this online for everyone!!!! -KC Bellis
Congratulations 100k , bro your hair is beautiful bless it , u just got my derma roller today I'll tell you my update with taking your advices , keep the good work up you'll get too successful
Congratulations on 100k! Happy to see the long hair family grow! Followed you for over a year now. I am at 15 months in my hair growth journey right now. Putting the science back into hair growth! Many people neglect their lifestyle habits like Sleep, Diet, Exercise and ask for products for hair growth and hair care. Take care of your lifestyle first. More haircare tips on channel.
The hair dad is back! Hey man, I'm having a dilemma: get the 3 month trim (my main goal is scalp health for beautiful hair growth) or leave it alone for the winter to have nature's scarf.
I have a 15lb weighted blanket and it's the best investment I've made. I have anxiety and sleep apnea. The weighted blanket is very comforting and puts my mind at ease.
hair care gets harder when at college, at my college, long hairs are kinda not allowed but due to the lockdown, theres some leeway to it but generally not allowed. the quality of the beds and the rooms that we were given are substantially bad and as college students youre gonna have to deal with it you know ugh it just sucks
your hair also has growing phases and nongrowing phases. The growing phases can last for years and years but eventually there will be a time your hair starts to slow or not grow at all and lasts for a few months then the growing phase will kick back in
I was lazy with my diet and i really saw the difference when before I would grow them really fast i found later not sleeping mainly slowed down my hair growth dramsticly. Really. I was getting not enough sleep for many months and my hair got dry and stop growing that's how I felt when before I'd see growth month to month.
Hey Trav my hair is the longest it has been and it's in the awkward phase, like when my hair is down I feel and look bald? And when I pull my hair back with my hand a little I feel bald too, but when I come back and set it right with a comb it looks really good and not bald, is it common for people to feel like they're balder in some areas when hair is growing?
Trying to eat more omega 3,protein,and getting enough iron...got sebderm so I have to wash it almost daily I can`t go for more than 2 days without washing sometimes only one day...........
I know its bad to wash your hair every day but im about to start growing my hair long. Im also about to start using minoxidil and finasteride to help thicken up my thinning hair. Im going to use the minoxidil once a day, in the evening. Ive heard i have to wash it out again the next morning but wont doing this damage my hair by washing too much?
From the inside - out, obviously not Wrong When it comes to Sleep tho; We gonna need as much as you can Flexibility, that's another interesting way of destressing
Hey Trav. I have really frizzy hair( I live in cali so it’s pretty humid out here) I also use shampoo that does have sulfate. I think I’m going to try formulate. I still have 2 questions though. 1, what should you use on medium porosity dry hair? I know you talked about the loc and lco methods but those weren’t for medium porosity. 2, should you re apply your hair products everyday? Like leave in conditioner?
I had the exact same hair as you, what works for me is using a palm free organic shampoo bar. And don't use anything on your hair besides a weekly avocado hair mask. Hope this helps
Trav I started to inform myself on hair care only recently and mostly through your videos. I think my hair type is pretty similar to yours, so now I was wondering if you could tell me how you found yourself with the OGX products. From what you said in your videos the ingredients seams really nice, not too strong sulfates, a good amount of protein etc. ps: sorry for the request, you already talked about that in some of your videos, but being a newbie I'm a bit insecure
Well, I loved watching your vids but I had to stop my hair growth journey, I'm only 21 y.o and baldness is getting more and more present lol Like wtf I lost so much density of the top of my head and my hairs are soooooo fucking thin + my gulfs are becoming more and more wide. It makes me so depressed, my hair was the only beautiful thing on me (yeah they used to look so good) a couple years ago and now I have to abandon this, it sucks And sorry for my broken english
I have curly hair and I’ve been growing out my hair good until I started noticing a lot of she’d hair and breakage then I noticed it always came from my ends. On day I was detangling and I noticed my ends were full of single strand knots and split ends it broke of my hair so much I still have shot pieces. I don’t know what to do, I don’t want to cut my hair off since i grew it but I want to grow my hair even longer but my ends are not good what do you think I should do and do I have no choice but to cut it?
Cut the ends just a small trim. Make sure you are taking very very good care of your curls. Some tips I would recommend is being gentle when your washing your hair, making sure you put conditioner to help with getting rid of nots and helps moisturize hair. When you get out the shower put in a leave in cream!! So mandatory and don’t do crazy hair styles. Try to keep it simple with not to much manipulation. Lastly, when you sleep wear a bonnet… I’m telling you it’s gonna help so much. I wish you all the best!
Yo, I need help, my hairline is similar to yours, maybe a bit worse and Im only 16, not sure if Im balding or It has looked the same as before, but its easier to see becuase I grew out my hair, I dont use any products, except sometimes a shampoo and also whenever I split my hair, when its dry or wet, I can clearly see my scalp, which I couldnt when my hair was shorter, please help
Maybe your growing a mature hair line. Most men get that around puberty so there’s nothing to worry about at all. Also about the wet hair thing and seeing your scalp… that’s also very normal. Literally everyone scalp is more noticeable when wet but when dry the hair expands and it looks back to looking normal. Your hair is good dude you have nothing to worry about!
I have 4c and I want to have longer hair and I started growing my hair out since june of this. Will my hair grow longer or will it grow slowly. P.s. I want to straighten my hair once it grows out.
You should look up 4c hair influencers. They would help you better understand any concerns you might have. Also 4c hair is beautiful. It grows long but the shrinkage is real lol. Embrace the shrinkage that’s a good sign your hair is healthy!
Hi. I'm from England and I'm 15 years old. I started growing out my hair in September 2021 when it was around 2 inches. Currently it's about 5 inches. I kinda just realized how long it's going to take for my hair to really grow out. I saw some methods like the inversion method and subliminal methods. The problem is, it seems to good to be true, can you please make a video on these methods?
I have thick curly hair little longer that Trav's. I got lice few weeks back and I am struggling to get them out. I don't wanna cut them. Pls help me someone 🙁
My neice recently got lice from school and she has long thick curly hair. It was a struggle to get rid of them at first. We tried natural products which didn't really help. We ended up buying rid x. We used the shampoo and let it sit and then used the comb that came with it. I think we did it a couple times over a couple days or maybe over a couple weeks, It was over a year ago so don't remember exactly. What I do remember was the rid x and comb finally got rid of them.
@@preli420 Thanks man! I am trying the same. Washing hair with lice shampoo and combing. Nice are the worst! Anyways, I am not gonna give up on my hair.
