Slowdive - Sugar for the Pill | Guitar Cover

Guitars & Tunings
- Squier Bullet Stratocaster
- Fender Blacktop Jazzmaster
Both guitars are in standard E tuning.
Effects used:
- Zoom MS-50G Stereo Delay (you can use any delay pedal actually). I set the time to 300ms, feedback to 70-80, and mix 80. The amount of feedback and mix depends on your personal preference and the pedal you're using.
- Boss RV-6: I use the modulate setting, with the effect level set to 2-3 o'clock, and time (or decay) set to 3-4 o'clock. For Neil's parts, I keep the reverb effect level and time lower than Christian's parts to make the riff stand out.
- Zoom MS-50G DuoPhase (or any phaser pedal): I use a very low rate, low resonance, and medium depth.

Thanks for the compliment! I actually learn and record over 50% of "No Longer Making Time" guitar cover before I even started learning "Sugar for the Pill" but somehow never finished it! 🤣 I'll get back to it someday when I find the right tones. Stay tuned!
