Hey everyone! Quick question for the experienced riders out there: Did any of you also feel a bit nervous crossing paths with windsurfers when you were beginners? Just curious to know if it’s a common thing or just me! 😅
Looks to me like it's a mainly windsurfing beach. Even though, there's acres of space for everyone to enjoy. Know your etiquette on the water but don't assume that everyone knows it. If this number of windsurfers around you troubles you, if they were kite boarders it would be much more challenging for your level of experience. Have fun though and don't let it bother you. Everyone has been there😎
It’s definitely a mixed beach, but you’re right, there’s plenty of space for everyone. I appreciate the reminder about water etiquette, and you’re spot on about the challenges of kiteboarding in a similar scenario. I’ll keep pushing myself and enjoying the ride. Cheers for the encouragement! 😃🏄♂️
just make sure you have the skills to kite the conditions ,know the local rules eg are kites allowed in the area ,know your basic right of way rules ,port ,starboard.
make sure you always look before turning,allow plenty of room for everyone and you should be cool 👍
