How to Crochet Baby Sandals FlipFlops - 0-6 months

- In this week's tutorial I show you how to crochet some cute baby sandals for ages 0-6 months, to fit up to 10cm. For a slightly bigger shoe you can chain more at the beginning and follow the same pattern, adjusting your stitch count accordingly. This will work for up to around age 2 or 3 but after that you will need a different pattern.

Thank you for being so clear with your instructions. I have spent all evening looking for instructions for baby soles, yours was by far the best.
I live in rural west Georgia, USA. I have to say you are indeed the BEST person I have found yet to teach me how to crochet the precious little shoes. You made it so easy and your patience in explaining the more difficult parts were so greatly appreciated. Thank you so much ❣️❣️
Every little girl needs a pair of flip-flops for her summer wardrobe!! Thanks!
I love, love, love your instructions and these adorable flip flops. Well done, thank you so much.
I just finished these for my 5month old granddaughter. The first version didn’t stay on very well, so I started the sides on the HDC next to the DC and shortened the straps. Bingo! I wish I could upload a photo. They’re darling! Thank for sharing your pattern. 👍👍👍

Cool and calm and obviously the best crochet video.. Yeah.. Great work laura 😍
Thats great.. very clear tutorial..
Cant wait to watch another cutie video on how to make sandals for kids.. thumbs up👍
Gosh. Thank you. It was great to see a crochet baby sandal in English! Wow. Many beautiful crocheted shoes/scandals but difficult to understand what size yarn and hook were being used!! Although the shoes look great it was unachievable due to the language barrier. This is brilliant - Very clear step by step approach makes it achievable!
Any more like this using cotton? Thank you again.
As a "newborn" beginner ...I still had my hardships for myself..but I felt this was very well explained ! Thank you so much!! I hope my niece can model as well as your doll ! 😍

You are great explaining everything and taking your time to re-do it, I just started knitting with crochet and I saw several videos but yours is the only one that really pays attention to the beginners. Thank you.

So nice

Wow!😎❤️
thanks too much ♥♥♥
love it i just finis making this thanks for ur time
wary nice my friend .thank you ..
I see two years back someone asked for directions to make them bigger. One suggestion is to use a very large hook and some of the really "fat" yarn. This you could use the exact same counts as in the tutorial but would have to experiment to see which hook and yarn would produce the desired size.
Just made a pair of these- so easy and so stinkin cute too!❤️🥺
thank you
merci
mesi
Very very cute
I love to crochet with u my sister took a pair i made and hang it in her car
very nice
I only have redheart supersaver can i use it for both sole and top?
I made it with you thanks a lot. for all of you in question of slill
all of you in question of the skill level don't worry or think about that it is easier than you think. I did pause to catch up and to check my position. but I was still able to understand the stiches she used. I was even on 📍position with her. so I'll be making more in other colors for my new first born grand daughter! thank you Miss Berry
thanks to much

I’m gonna make this for my cousin
Thxs for the tutorial. What size of needles and what yarn did you use this time?
Very very very good
😍👍
Firstly just luv your tutorial. Very clear and concise. 2nd can you give advise on how to make them to fit 9-12 month old. Would really y appreciate the help. Thank you
This tutorial is awesome. Is the print version of the pattern available? I’m a beginner and work best with having instructions along with the video.
Love your tutorials 💜 such a wonderful teacher.
Wonder if you have an adult sandal or flip flop tutorial. 😊
Amazing love the way you explain slowly and clearly..just finished mine beautiful bring some more and baby diaper holder shorts
Hi is there any way u can show me how to make little flowers to add to saddles please
nice
It says for a bigger shoe chain more at the beginning and adjust the stitch count. But wouldn't the pattern be different if there's more stitches? I'm abit confused x
I need to make these for a premie baby. How would I do that
I would love to make these in adult size! Of course I'd have to put a different sole or backing of some kind.im not sure how to go about enlarging all of the pattern. Do you have any advice on that ? Thank you so much for your videos you have a knack for teaching. You explain things very clearly !

My pair didn't come out the same size 😔. Will it still fit the newborn? they aren't off to bad made just a hair off.
Wow
Thanx for posting this tutorial! Every so often the terms used in the instructions are a little confusing and redundant. I.E. after adding the 2nd colour yarn, what you mean to say is your bringing your needle around the "post" of the next stitch of the previous row. It's wrapping around the post and upper loops instead of left stitch... Thanks again!
thank you so moch. how can I make it adult sige?
1st off, great tutorials. 2nd, what kind of thread do you recommend? the thread I've bought all seem to un-thread within the thread. If that makes sense
Is there a written pattern for the baby sandal flipflop .?
How much chain should I take...
