I can't thank you enough for such a brilliant tutorial. I have tried so many times in the past but have been unable to make crochet sandals or shoes. At last thanks to you I have made 2 pairs already. Thank you so much xx
Thank you so much for your amazing tutorial. I have tried to follow lots of other tutorials for the sole and not found them as easy to follow. I've just finished my first pair of soles and they look great, I'm going to do the next step when I get some more time. Again I just can't thank you enough, your tutorials are the best xx
I love your designs and the easy instructions you provide. The video REALLY helps as well. Please know that your creations are helping me make four little girls (ages 3-7) very happy with the items I am making for their 18" dolls. I find if I use the size 0-1 pattern for the sandals, shoes (or booties) you design and a smaller hook (I used a size 3 hook for these sandals) the size is just right for the American Girl (or knock offs - such as the "Today's Girl") 18" dolls. Thank you!
I just have to say, i love that you say WONKY... no one in my family understands why I say that all the time. :) Also: LOVE your patterns. I subscribed to your channel so I never miss an update.
Love the sandal. Would you please let me know what is the texture or fabric of the yarn. I bought Red Heart 100% acrylic I started the sandal and doesn't look like yours. :(
So I have been using a 3mm, and the sandals (and everything else that I have done) doesn't even fit my girls dolls! LOL! But, now I will change to a 3,75 or 4mm, depends what I find in store..! =) Tnx for sharing all those amazing videos! Now I have something nice and unique to give away :D xoxo from Sweden
I loved your basic boot sole and flip flops. When I went to your webpage and tried to see the printed instructions, there is a black template over the written instructions. Is this on purpose or am I doing something wrong. thank you.
I maybe a little crazy but.....how do you fasten on baby foot using those 20 chain lengths? they seem too short and bulky. I love your video instructions. The only thing I would like to see a picture of finished project at beginning.
Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful pattern. This the first time I have downloaded one. I look forward to making these lovely sandals. Your tutorial is excellent. I normally have problems with the soles it is me I know but I keep trying. You are very clever designing such pretty items. Kind Regards Barbara
Do you mind if I sell these when I make them? If you don't want me to, that's fine, I just know that some people prefer that you don't, and I thought I'd be respectful.
KAREN PALMER I don't think it's your choice in yarn. I used Red Heart, and I can tie them just fine. Perhaps your hook choice created a thicker strap. I used an E hook making the size for 3-6 months and it worked great.
Yes, i ended up doing one sandal following your tutorial and a different sandal following another tutorial who used double strands to make the sole and the shoe and it was difficult at times
I JUST PURCHASED THIS PATTERN AND CAN'T GET IT TO LET ME READ IT. I AM SO BUMMED. ANY ADVISE PEOPLE. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I'VE TRIED SOMETHING LIKE THIS. I AM SO BUMMED
well, this was great right up until I realized that THIS is the 3-6 month pattern and I was making a 0-3 month sandal. lol =P But, between the written pattern and the visual I got it figured out. Ha

How do I make a size 12month??
QUESTION?> I don't have a size F hook nor do I have 4ply yarn.... so with that being said >>>>>> could I use 3ply yarn with a G hook?
How do the ankle straps work? Do you tie them on the baby? I wish I saw a finished sandal showing this
Marie Galdieri I wondered that as well. 🙁
I think I'll sew or hot glue Velcro on mine! lol
Do you mind if I sell these when I make them? If you don't want me to, that's fine, I just know that some people prefer that you don't, and I thought I'd be respectful.
Lexi Varz from thnx u
It's ok if you give her credit when you sell it but its not ok if you sell the pattern saying that its yours ☺
oooohhhhhhemmmmmmmmGGggggggggg!!!!!!
they are beautiful!!!! how can i make these for a 12month old baby?
thank u so much for your videos! love them
Do you know why my projects always turn out fuzzy?
Is f hook number 5?
Very nice
How can i make smaller
Thank you for sharing the tutorials! I’d love to send you a pic of the pair I made my grandbaby
i would put soles back to back then stitch and i would take my ends and hide them between the layers that way no need for glue.
what kind of yarn are you using?
***** ty :)
What do you do with the straps, just tie them around baby's ankle?
***** Guess I need to use a different brand of yarn, was using Red Heart and the straps were just to think to tie. Thank you.

These are adorable.
Hi Bethany I was wondering if u would be able to email be I have a few questions?
Kendra Garrard bentleymom111213.kg@gmail.com
why not use double strands of yarn instead of slip stitching two soles together?
Yes, i ended up doing one sandal following your tutorial and a different sandal following another tutorial who used double strands to make the sole and the shoe and it was difficult at times
