thanks dude! this one looks like deatrh on wheels ftw. Also parking brake is more useful than u might think ;) mostly with vq40de under the hood!
Poland here!
Just what we needed to know. Many thanks for that....from England!!
You did a wonderful job with your explanation and video. Great job!
Great video thanks 🙏 so much 🙌. Mine isn’t as wobbly but I need to get it done after the winter for sure.
Good job MAN. Best regards from Poland
Thank you very much!
Great video, very informative.
The Pathfinder is identical in France and Michigan!!!
Thank you Google Translate😄
I’m replacing my hubs but the axle obstructs the socket from being able to remove the 4 rear bolts, so I just beat the devil out of it?
What size nut is that on the wheel bearing?
Thank you for the video
you probably dont give a shit but if you are bored like me atm you can watch all of the latest movies and series on instaflixxer. Have been watching with my girlfriend during the lockdown xD
@Roy Derrick yea, been watching on instaflixxer for years myself :)
What was your torque wrench set to? Like how many lbs of pressure?
Famous last words, "it's just two bolts". Had to cut those off to replace those shock absorbers
Had that occurr on a front wheel of a 2012, it sawed halfway into the caliper mount and was a mess to remove.
Wow, that’s bad! Would have made for a good video though! Lol
When people say "they ride until the wheel falls off" so it's true after all.
Yes lol
Thank you for the video sir! By chance do you remember the size of the axle nut? I need to replace a rear bearing hub on a 2008 Pathfinder and it would be helpful to know if I already have the correct axle nut socket or need to order one. Thank you again!! Larry
I’m sorry, I don’t remember! I wasn’t good about saying what size each nut/bolt is but that’s something I do in all my current videos now.
Axle nut is 32mm, bearing attachment bolts 17mm. Thanks for the video, just replaced one wheel bearing!
Awesome video! My 2006 Nissan Pathfinder vibrates when it accelerates over 50 mph. Initially, I thought the wheels were out of balance since I replaced the tires recently. However, the PAX front tire wheel was out of balance. But it still vibrates. Which led me to conclude that it may be the wheel bearing. My question to you: Which wheel bearing do I need to replace? Front or rear? Or just say screw it and replace all four? I purchased the truck from my mother and I believe the wheel bearings were never replaced. Mind you she purchased the truck brand new back then. Thanks for the video!
If it vibrates only during acceleration and smooth out on cruising speed then it's your axle are worn out.
@Santer Auto repair I have a 2014 pathfinder anyone can help me figure this out removing my old rear hub assembly
I removed the break and rotor but cant get the hub assembly off
@@cashrule7356 there are 4 bolts holding it on from behind & it will need to be shaken loose by a hammer or as he used in his video an air hammer.
Thumbs Up!
Thanks Tanners!
Did you notice that the coil spring look broken too ?!
No dust shield?
Nope. Many of the vehicles around here are missing them. They rust and rub on the brake rotors so people pull em off.
Step by step. 1. Remove wheel. 2. Remove brake caliper. 3. Drop brake caliper and let it swing by the rubber hose. 4. Screw around for a while. 5. Go get hanger for caliper and hang it. ---- Gotcha.
your trans axle is bad looking.
