Bringing awareness, thank you, Supermission! My last two workplaces were similar to this video. However, I was treated unfairly because I am a woman. Any sort of profiling is wrong, no matter what.
The workplace is only as good as the boss's attitude towards others.
This video seems like a PREQUEL to the last video with these three. In the first video with these three, Josephine and Martinez told the CEO they felt he was over the top and abrasive when they first met him but they did forgive him. In this video, he comes off as over the top and abrasive and they forgive him. 🤔💡
I like that except Martinez wasn't nearly as bad as him Martinez just talked too much and made jokes when she was too busy to listen this guy is racist misogynistic and condescending I'm a jokester too but I would never talk to my employees like that if I ever get the opportunity to be the boss
Mike and Josephine are very successful and the CEO should not be treating the employees badly by their impression. A professional should always be capable of making sure that every employees are doing their best to be successful and making the company better.

Great video he was awful he was racist sexist and condescending and came down on them for nothing and immediately assumed they were bad employees he didn't regret a thing and they didn't have a choice in giving him a second chance he is the CEO but he knows that he needs them more than they need him those two and their CFO can go to any company and probably get higher positions it was really awesome how the CFO stood up for them to all of the bosses watching this respect your employees they can start a mutiny or find a company that appreciates them better

They may have been out of luck. The only one who can fire the CEO is the chairman of the board, or if you're lucky another member of the board, these moral lesson videos from Dhar Mann and others always have a happy and just ending. That's not how real life works.......most of the time, unfortunately

I am glad the boss apolgized, and stopped that moncho attitude. Even though your a boss your no better than the employees underneath you. It takes all of you to get the job done your a team. If the boss kept it up he is not a boss I would want to work for, and I probably would have quit.

Boss maybe new, yet he is entitled and rude to MIke and Josephine from the get-go. Belittling Janitorial and software engineer let alone Data analyst was just shallow but wanted to downsize the team!!! Leaders need to keep subordinates and colleagues in the loop, this outburst will reach the HR and Board of Directors soon!! Ross is bound for the boot from his job, Mike and Josephine will be rewarded for their hardwork!!!
