The Second Battle of Svensksund on 9 July 1790

The video is connected to the Fateful Svensksund exhibition at Maritime Centre Vellamo, which provides an unforeseen look at the most significant sea battle ever fought on the Baltic Sea outside Kotka and the fortress city that was built after the battle.
The exhibition is a joint production of the Maritime Museum of Finland operating under the National Museum of Finland and Kymenlaakso Museum operating under the City of Kotka.
