I work as a manager at a supermarket, and your videos actually helped me stop a customer from getting scammed yesterday. This older woman came in looking to buy a lot of target gift cards. That was the first red flag, but then when she started explaining to me her situation, she said she was supposed to get refunded on something but “she” accidentally typed in an extra 0.
My mind went instantly to your videos, and thankfully I was able to convince her that someone was attempting to scam her. Ultimately she ended up walking away with all of her money. Thanks for that! You’re doing great work!
I caught a woman at Dollar General buying a thousand dollars in different gift cards to pay her "credit card" bill, and used the store phone to call. I tried over and over to tell her it was a scam and no reputable business would ask for gift cards as payment and she didnt care. I asked the store to shut it down and they just said nothing we can do. It was awful.

I talked to Kraken support just today and the live chat person introduced herself as Summer. I said if it's THE Summer from Kitboga's stream then I'm a big fan, and she said "LOL, yep it's me, that is too funny" and that I'm the first to mention it, haha
She was so stunningly helpful! Over the past few years I've been on hold with a lot of different call centers, if every person working the phone was as calm and reassuring as Summer was my anxiety about phone calls would melt away

Usually if a scam caller calls me, i just tell them where to shove it, but oooh to have the skill and knowledge you have to make their lives a nightmare would be great.
when its an indian dude i just start asking them about how much less they pay for the tiny condoms that are made specifically for the indian market and ask if they know what a toilet is for. it sends most of them into instant rage mode, which is hilarious.
Problem with speaking to robocallers is they record your voice, chop it up and use it to speak with your bank.

Calling actual Kraken support was the funniest shit ever. Just imagine what Susan was thinking when 2 whack jobs call, only to be reassured it’s Kitboga.

I've never seen a channel with such a simple premise have such complex lore. I fell down this rabbit hole like 2 weeks ago and have been binging everything. It's brilliant! I like to imagine Kit is only baiting the same 3 people. They get baited, quit, and then months later decide to get jobs at another call center, only to have their first customer be Kit once again.

It feels like extra juicy revenge when you consider that scammers often blame the victim for the typo in the refund scams.

yeah, not only do they not get the money, they cant blame the one getting scammed and feel like they are the ones that ruined everything, truly something that will bring you to depression easily
I work in customer service and we have to ask security questions too! I never know what to say when people get them wrong so hearing how Summer approached that was really helpful!

Man I know it’s obvious but it’s so nice to see a real customer service person be so kind and patient with a stressed and crying elderly person, especially when scammers are so vicious
I really like how you forced one simple mistake and kept slapping them over the head with it until they quit. The amount of humiliation would've caused anyone with an ounce of self-respect to hang up right away, but they clearly don't have any. Also Summer was a straight up pro, it makes you really appreciate a company when the telephone customer service is so good. Thanks for being an uplifting force, man.

As I typed in your last video, I showed that video to our local senior citizens in our town. Many of them blush, with the language of the scammer. But at the very least, they learned not to be scammed. For that young man, I thank you for what you do.

I’m so thankful for channels like this one! I’m a grandmother that came very close to getting scammed years ago. Lucky for me that the scammers were such idiots that they actually tipped me off before I lost any money to them and that caused me to look into the whole scamming process. Now I try to update my knowledge about scammers every so often and channels like this one make it fun and easy!

As someone who works in customer service I appreciate your videos so much! I CONSTANTLY think about saying things like with rude or difficult customers. But being in customer service just gives me such a greater appreciation for your banter with them. So good!
