I think almost everyone has gotten a call from some company claiming you need to renew your "extended warranty". Most of them are scummy but these guys crossed the line. Claiming to be working directly with Ford, offering to cover things like oil changes, and not giving you a contract until AFTER you pay.
Be careful what you buy, and who you buy it from. Always research the companies and look for valid reviews (these can be fake too).

“We have a Prius” was comedic gold. The defeat in Campbell’s voice was hilarious.
That got a loud laugh out of me when I heard that
I burst into laughter twice. Once while listening to it in my sleep after waking up to pee in the middle of the night and once again when I showed it to my wife. Genius.
the "oh myy god" then the audible sigh kills me
ha ha ha the last part was the best
I literally LOLed when he said that 😂😂
The most disorienting thing about watching Kit Boga spend 10+ hours on the phone with scammers isn’t watching him role play as every member of a four person family, two employees at Target, an Uber driver, a rival scammer, and the judge of Scammers’ Got Talent - it’s falling asleep and waking up to the video still playing and not knowing if it’s been 10 minutes or 10 hours.
This man deserves an Oscar.
Yes, and a medal for endurance.
This is my favorite comment now
Thank you for a great laugh! I laughed so hard my eyes are tearing up! This was fantastic! I used to get these stupid calls all the time! You rock!

You know you're a true Kitboga fan when you got to sleep to Kit and wake up to Kit. It's the new standard way of living now🤣.
It's honestly disturbing when you find phone scammers like this who actually know how to have a two way conversation with their victim. These are the ones you really have to look out for.
Yep. His english is good and he seems to be smart. That is dangerous indeed!
Well kind of, he continually interrupts him and talks over him. He sounds like he's on meth.
@@MeatMachine69that's called a mic/audio delay/lag.

Yup, this is a bit more sophisticated then " i will explain each and everything, madam". The guy asked about his political views, started a conversation he knew the senior citizen would approve of, had a couple of "jokes" and was very careful with what he told the victim. He could work for a legit insurance company or car dealership, no joke.
This is fucking art.
Your ability to be the most convincing gullible chatterbox is so entertaining.
The scammer saying that you can't get back time wasted....while his time was being wasted.....was truly poetic. 🤣

It's refreshing to hear an American scammer. We outsource too many of our scamming jobs these days.

This has to be my favorite, or very near my favorite. Hilariously delaying the scammer for over two hours. The culmination of Denver’s wife revealing he doesn’t own a Ford anymore is icing on the cake. Superbly done!

As a former call center employee it brings my heart joy to hear these scammers rage. The frustration is real 🤣🤣🤣
For real. And the interruptions mid sentence kill me. They make me boil usually. But in this case, its amazing to watch.

This is the scariest type of scammer - someone who actually sounds like they know their stuff, is able to field questions (and not just force back onto script), etc.
Right, they are shifty people and prey on people and scam the hell out of them. It makes me angry. My mom was scammed 30 years ago and luckily they caught the SOB.

Psychological Warfare. LOL The longer the Better.

What blows my mind is that this guy could make it as a legitimate salesperson. I've hired, trained and managed hundreds of telephone salespeople and this guy has it.
So does Kitboga 😂🤣
There's a lot of great minds going to waste because they don't have access to better opportunities so they resort to scamming or are trafficked into this life.
Every salesperson is scamming a little bit, and I don't think he's a classical scammer. His insurance coverage isn't great, but that could be said for most of these companies.
Man does have charisma
A scammer and a salesperson are both trying to sell you something. Only difference is the scammer cares even less about breaking the law!
I love how much he talks over the scammers and the scammers just go with it.
Guy was talking about people not wanting to do an honest days work while he's cheating the system himself
“No one wants to work these days,” said the scammer
Not excusing stealing at all, but for some of these guys who work at these scam call centers, they don’t have many other options. I’ve spoken to a lot of scammers across the last few years and some of them live in countries where good honest work is very hard to find
@@LeftAndStressed there's always work to be done. A country never has a shortage of jobs so severe to make people turn to scamming. Let's not forget you were taking the words of a scammer after all so it was probably all bullshit anyways.
@@nandrolonedecanoate250mg that’s not remotely true. Many countries and cities within those countries do have job shortages for people with limited skills or no skills. For some of these lower level scammers at these call centers, english fluency is their only valuable skill, but legitimate call center jobs are flooded with applicants and it can be difficult to get one of those jobs. And in Karachi, Pakistan specifically, one of the scam capitals of the world, they’re facing a serious job crisis that’s left some people fleeing the country to find work. So again, while I’m not making excuses for stealing and scamming, it’s easy to point fingers when not in a desperate position like some of these people are. Now of course the majority of scammers probably enjoy scamming and are genuinely bad people, but even Kitboga has encountered several people who felt hopeless and wanted out but felt there was no other way

It is unbelievable that the guy went on a political side quest. It's unimaginable that a professional would ever do something like that 🤣🤣🤣 I worked for a week at a call center selling magazine subs. It wasn't a scam, but i still didn't feel good about it. I had one call where the dude literally went on talking about his grandson and how much he loved him and what a great kid he was. Telling me about his adventures and what not lol. My manager finally came over and just hung up on him after about 15 minutes. I felt bad because it was obvious the man was lonely and just wanted someone to talk to.
I worked at a telemarketing center literally one day than quit. Worst job ever. And it was actually a "decent" one. Calling people who subscribed previously to something to see if they wanted to subscribe again. I'd rather work in a factory on a conveyor belt.
I find it hard to believe he is American at all considering so many odd things he said as well as his accent that sounds very sus (like somebody trying to sound "American" but their real accent is still showing through.) Him bringing up politics (very inappropriate in this country just like if he had brought up religion for no reason!) sounds like nothing more than repeating stereotypes he heard about Americans- like assuming Ford owners are likely conservative and he is trying to butter his victim up. Again, not only are many of the things he said very strange (like weirdly adding, "as we say in America" to his story that in no way required adding thay) but as you stated, they just aren't things a normal professional would say while on the clock in this country. Just out of the blue asking customers/ strangers/ people in general their political party and how they voted isn't normal, especially for this particular conversation and situation.
Yeah because he's "required to ask" about political party affiliation.
What I learned from my very brief time working at a call center: "Yes, sir. Thank you very much sir, I will go fuck myself. Have a great evening."
People don't want to buy accidental death and dismemberment insurance when they are in the middle of eating supper.

They sell these damn "warranties" at dealerships. Real dealerships not just the corner lot ones. It's big money and everyone is in on it.
Yup, me too. I currently have a gentleman who has a warranty I’ve never heard of with an engine knock in my shop right now. The first time I called them I told them the customer complaint, that the technician confirmed the noise is coming from inside the engine. They were really sketchy about how they said the customer needs to authorise teardown for cause of failure. “He needs to approve the whole diagnostic and provide maintenance records”. I get his authorisation to take his shit apart. Intake cam lobe 7 was completely fucking destroyed. Called the company back. They said, and I quote, “He has an exclusionary contract, everything BUT powertrain is covered”. I damn near crawled through the phone and choked them out. IF HE DOESNT HAVE POWERTRAIN WHY DIDNT YOU SAY THAT WHEN I SAID THERES AN INTERNAL ENGINE NOISE
Major dealer sold us our van and convinced us to purchase the extended warranty. We knew the scam, but thought since the dealer was involved it was reputable.
The real lesson is the long-term business lost.
I will never purchase a "warranty" on a vehicle ever again. I will also do my own work or go to any other shop now, before I will EVER return to that dealer.
Should I live that long, at this rate I will likely need to purchase at least 4 to 5 more vehicles in my lifetime, minimum. Not counting other family vehicle replacements over time.
Neither I, nor any of my kin will ever purchase from that dealership for the rest of our lives.
And if any other dealer I ever encounter mentions an extended warranty during purchase, I will get up and leave on principle. And I don't finance - I buy.

Hahaha epic ending… “ honey we don’t have a Ford we sold it” lol the “omg” and sound of defeat in his voice was the cherry on top. Well done dude I’m laughing my ass off.
You could almost taste the pain on his voice at that moment....
I've worked in dealerships in service for 25 years. I always hated when someone would come in with one of these service contracts. I felt bad for the usually elderly person.
Well, dealerships are also scammers. The mark up at a dealership service department is outrageous especially considering the 9n the job training tech they employee
@@frederick6570 dealers are more expensive than independent shops. The technicians often stay at dealers that pay well and are sent for training regularly. You are paying for an experienced, specialized technician for your brand of automobile. Dealers also back up their work and have at least a 12 month guarantee if not 24 months or longer on repairs for parts and labor on defective parts. After market parts are not the same quality as factory parts. Dealer repair equipment is usually superior to independents because they can afford to buy it. For my money I want to invest in my second most expensive purchase only my home being more expensive. You get what you pay for. If you want to go cheap that's personal prerogative.
@@frederick6570question do you have a car?
@@Aditya-wg3lpthe cost to fix my radio after it was factory reset was either 300$ at the dealer, or 20$ from a third party shop.
Are you going to tell me a 1000% increase isn't a scam?....
And that's my radio...the muffler repair I got cost me 37 bucks for a guy to weld some metal over the hole....or 5 grand at the dealership to COMPLETELY REPLACE a dinked muffler.
I got a near 10 grand value for a Benjamin....and I also got lunch with the change.
Not to mention the one time I had a dealer specific issue (my key for stopped working and I needed a new key fob)....it wasn't fixed...I was supplied a new key/key fob that was unresponsive....what fixed tge issue was a hammer, the most basic effort, and super glue. I replaced tge batteries myself and I only paid the dealership 300+ dollars!....to fix a problem myself. I could have just copied my key and replaced the batteries in my broken fob for 30 cents....
I understand the theory that things get cheaper as you pay for more quality but it's not exponential. It's a bell graph. At a very quick point it starts to cost far more than it's worth to keep a 20 year old car factory new. I need my car for 2 years, not 200.
I thought the scam was that there was no actual service contract, it was just a snatch and run
What would happen, when you saw "one of these"? Like, does every claim get endlessly denied, or does your shop not work with that company and neither does anyone else, and they're screwed that way? I'm curious
I had a legitimate one from the pre-owned dealership. 4 years, 48k miles, paid like $2800 for it. It paid out about that same amount of money over that 48k miles over maybe 3 major repairs. No restriction on where I could take it (that I was aware of or ever had a problem with).
I’ve had these car warranty scammers call multiple times and it’s always people with perfect English, definitely running out of here in the states
“Loyal American” to ford 😂😂😂 and “what do we call those in America a-holes” was a red flag 😂
Kitboga, I’m a loyal subscriber to your channel for over a year now. What still warms my heart is your ability to interrupt the scammers right at perfect moments. Your laughs interjected at the right moment in the conversation is epically masterful.
So true. It's uncanny how his interjection is so perfectly timed - every time. I happen to have also heard this one live. Campbell drank his own soup.
The punchline is the best part. I didn't see that coming. I laughed so hard. If Kitboga could hack into their webcams and get their face on a T-shirt for that moment, he could sell a million of them. He destroyed the guy.
Between that and hearing the guy pounding on the desk just before that makes it even better.
This is the most eccentric, “crazy’ characters Kit has done, I’m dying
God forbid, I die laughing by this hilarious video. 😄😂
This is so satisfying. Proud of his grandfather's hardwork while sitting in gis chair taking advantage if the elderly.
Campbell really is SCARY good, I hope he sees this and decides to change his ways. He could be a great salesman making an honest living.
Honest salesmen....
Kinda like Jumbo Shrimp 🦐 lol
.... capitalism is greasy like that.
Honest salesman is an oxymoron.
"Honest" LMFAO
Yeah, right. That's just scamming people in a legally friendly way.
My father was a lifelong salesman… used cars, new cars, rv’s, outdoor patio furniture you name it he sold it… if I told him I’d give him a million dollars if he didn’t lie for 24 hours he’d just immediately say “F that can’t do it forget it”
Honest politician
Kit's character in this one was absolutely hysterical, the laughter was insane and he seemed to genuinely enjoy playing him 😆
These car warranty people are fun because they assume a lot of things and if you know a little bit about cars then you can really have fun with them.
@@It5M3Againholy smokes! do you think you can cover my honda? *hour in mentions its a lawnmower*

GAWD'S MUVA?!!!
das gold, Kit. Haven't turned in for a year but you lost no steam on this channel! (I spent a reading n writing no judgement lol)
“You mean anyone who has a few Ford cars wins? Well, that’s a participation Trophy. I don’t believe in those.”😂
When I moved in with my nan, who has ALZHEIMER'S, she was subscribed to 4 of these scams. Literally hundreds out of her bank account a month to these scammers. I got them all cancelled and removed. Absolutely atrocious.
My funniest way to mess with these type scammers is to tell them the car was totaled and to demand they repair the whole car and usually they always hang up
My friend and I trolled a warranty scam like 15 years ago while sitting in the garage enjoying beverages. We got him all excited and describing the coverages and then said it's a race car, then he knew we were messing with him.
My mother and wife have been called about them and their recent car accident. Unfortunately, they never call me. I'm ready to tell them the truth, that I didn't mean to cause the accident, but the guy swerved out in front of me, and he should've made sure his kids were wearing seatbelts, and if he didn't undercut me, there wouldn't be any damage. Sure, the kids were fine, but the car was a complete write-off, and God knows I couldn't afford to repair the damage, but hopefully the insurance can at least bring the expenses down...
I love to tell them a year too far into the future, or ungodly mileage 😂 so fun
Dear Mr Kit,I had debt relief caller listen to, called him a scammer and hung up..also signed up for Aura…
This scammer must work for Car Shield. NEVER fall for their lies!
Kitboga is the KING of talking over a scammer. Pure masterclass in clowning.
The end was absolutely hilarious “we sold the ford”💀💀
I died when I heard the first guy shouting in the background after the manager took over.
I love the "Do Not Redeem" needlepoint in the background. LOL
And the wedding photo where they're both wearing sunglasses. 😂
