  • In this video, I share the beginnings of an all natural note practice. Since the foundation of Western Music is based on the relationships between the original 7 natural notes, developing an understanding of those relationships is extremely useful in learning to play any instrument.

I am actually using my Bose S1 and a Boss pedal board for these videos. That is my primary gigging "rig" since it doubles as a personal monitor for PA sized events and runs totally on batteries. The JVM is for recording only at this point. I love it but it is heavy 40+ pounds. Thanks for watching and commenting!

I mean, interesting, but the only one that sounded good to me was that last Cmaj7 with the Dm-G elevator music.

Yeah, definitely a yawn worthy backing track, all of the notes played over it were from the same 7 natural pitches just with different organization. The last bit with the Cmaj7 was actually cascading 7 chords running through a cycle 4 using the 7 notes. Thanks for watching and commenting.
