- Banksy has claimed responsibility for graffiti left on a garage in a Welsh town. The world-famous street artist visited Port Talbot in Wales, leaving a new artwork which resident believe acts as a statement regarding the nearby steelworks plant. The painting appeared on two walls of a garage in the Taibach area overnight and shows a child playing in the falling ash and smoke from a fire in a skip.

My home towns most valuable asset is now a breeze block wall in a lane in port Talbot 🤷😂

I wonder how many city councils regret removing His first artworks. It's boosting tourism now :D and how many property owners regret destroying His art. Now Banksys art is actually raising the price of the property :D That is so very unusual and interesting. He is one of my all time favorite artists. Truly creative and intelligent.
It's a statement about child poverty! Please give generously to your local food banks. More children than ever are spending Christmas in emergency accommodation and many are going hungry in the UK this Christmas. Please donate to your local food banks.
It's not about child poverty lol
H its about the pollution by the steel port
@@Deeznutsmynamejeff21 I think you'll find that a lot of Banksy's work tends to be about social issues rather than environmental issues. Feel free to do your own research and educate yourself. What is burning in that bin is that child's future.
Flying on rooftops.......I wish you could fly.....
No one knows the concept except banksy,it's around the corner so I've been to see it my self like 3 times.
how did no-one see him ?
cause he does it at night
Not a fan of his pictures but kudos for never being nicked....
Went to see it today it's amazing!!!
never knew that the guy i saw doing it was banksy lmao
You didn't see nada lol!
Has no one got cctv footage?
Cable tie the fence 😲I’d have that proper secured and in auction by monday
The day that happened to me I'd be putting my house on auction and moving out of Wales to California
Big up 3D. Keep them coming
My auntie knows his identity they were actually friends before he became famous but don’t ask me because she isn’t saying a word🤣
I’m a volunteer for peopleinneed homeless charity/ social enterprise. Banksy is doing more for homeless people by making the country more aware 320,000 homeless 2018 UK how can we the people help. Our aim is to fund a homeless village in every county could it work small homes container homes prefabricated low cost homes homes not hostels . Looks like this art has been put in prison.
Went to view it today it is a great piece of work well worth the trip if it is not too distant from you.
This is a mockery on so many levels! Don't fall for it people!
Love this one 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
It’s probably someone else who’s discovered stencils
Jo Ski look up blek le rat

Council ???
@@meme1111m You will See the wall shipped some where & sold for million or so like the others
Port Talbot, acting hotspot- Anthony Hopkins, Michael Sheen, and Richard Burton nearby too. Down with the Daily Mail which sides with the billionaires (like its owner) at the expense of Port Talbot and other poor areas
that’s my friends cousins garage, port talbot is my home town
First Name jeez ok🙄🙄
So. im trying to slide up
Coolz
Safety first.....hard hats and reflective jackets must be worn as those zip ties can be lethal. Great work by Banksy tho.......love it
Has anyone seen the hideous over engineered graffiti protection they've made!, just incase you reading what's wrong with a 10mm thick sheet of perspex sealed and bolted to the wall, the thing now looks awful, bits of wood covering it now and screwed into his leg, defacing and devaluing it in the process ruining the illusion, Nice 1 DIY John!! 👍
i remember when graffiti was hated. ♥ $$$
thts really going to stop people a chicken wire fence
Quality
Scrap the toll and already an Englishman has vandalised a port Talbot garage wall.
I would have reported it to authorities and if possible remove the ugly stencil made "picture"...
This sold for $1.3million
Say goodbye to the shed
"Man is in shock", really now? All I saw was a man who was very relaxed saying what he had to say in a calm and relaxed manner. One who is in shock shows no symptoms of shock whatsoever? Clickbait title much?
"Dec's" (Ant and Dec's )is the wannabe buyer
did anytime film it. if you did delete the footage.
Like you can tell someone delete the footage !!!!!! And that's it . ok bye now 😑😑 really
I see an art lover tried to destroy it, sadly he failed.
Is this a joke? I will erase it asap.
Owner is a Millionaire now...& so can you with one of my Paintings in 2019...Before all is sold
Will you use a proper mix next time please? Like a shotgun instead of an omni... Thanks...😂
So nobody seen him😔
Banksy is many people.
@@ambientdweller then the artwork would be different
@@atwaass That's not how it works, that's like saying only 1 person can work on the art of a game because it would all be different otherwise.
@@atwaass banksy uses stencils i believe? if he made the stencils almost any half decent artist can paint them
@@snoopzakadave yep
Team Robbo
not really in shock but yeah
Is it not a financial burden on the shed owner to supply protection so people don't steal his shed now?
Yes he’s had to supply the fence and pay for a security guard over night.
As well as guarding it himself during the day.
is he planning to do that for the rest of his life?@@garethowen4168
Only until he sells it as you can imagine that is now worth a lot of money to him and he is receiving offers daily.
but it would be great if he kept the art in wales. the owner has said he wants everyone to enjoy the art work it be great to see it in a in port talbot forever. @@garethowen4168
