A simple no start issue leads me to find a dangerous problem on a push mower.

Mower owner said his push mower will not start unless using starting fluid. I said I would look at it and it turns out not to be a fuel problem, but while working on the mower I found a issue that could cause harm to the user of the mower. ( repair these issues at your own risk )
