Noticed something.. John seemed to be saying something but Elton John ignored him. He turned his face from John Deacon. I think that was very rude. I can see that John felt more uneasy after that. I even watched that scene on slowmo. On slowmo it was clearer that John motioned his body towards Elton John to have a conversation. But Elton John really ignored this very important man. My heart goes to John Deacon. I don't know why but I can feel his pain when Elton John ignored him when he wanted to talk a little bit more. John Deacon is a very important man in Queen but he did not get the respect that he deserved. I don't know why Elton John had to treat him that way. Good thing John Deacon is very educated, well mannered and professional. A really good man.
And I thought I was going to be the only one mentioning John! Last I knew, he played the Remembrance show a year after Freddie's death. So, he did this Paris gig in ' 97? Oh, John, God bless you. The fact that you were there is amazing and I understand the discomfort. You looked super and did your part, dear Deacy. Freddie would likely give you a pat on the butt and give you his smile with all teeth, 'cause he loved you so much! All the best w/blessings besides!!!
Poor Deaky. He did this for Freddy. He’s smilingly. But you can tell he’s smiling through a lot of pain and heart ache. Brian has said that he did not take Freddie’s death very good at all. That during this performance he and Roger suspected that deaky was starting to suffer from sever depression. You can tell it. My heart goes out to him. I wish he could come to terms with the past and play again with Queen. Their still awsome but Deaky would make it even better
John looks to me like he's holding back tears or mixed emotions running through his soul. I feel for him 😢 coz I can imagine he's full of memories of his music life on stage or off & touring mostly done with Freddie.... & this song is.... deeply Freddie 😭
Wonderful and yet so sad... Elton has a magnificent voice, the other 3 remaining Queen members played so well. So sad to see Deacon trying to hold back the tears, really feel for him.
I loved watching this. Considering they'd not played in who knows how long, you could have fooled me. They ALL sound awesome, and kudos for Sir Elton John for giving the push that was needed - all just for that one song, one performance. Queen, thank you so much for posting this. Despite how John Deacon felt, he performed flawlessly, as always, along with everyone else. Always class acts, Queen & Sir Elton John did not disappoint. Both have had incredible staying power and I admire them for that. I love all the music. This was so good. I wish that John could have been happier, but I know too well as to how one feels when they lose someone so close. But he still gave an awesome performance. Big *Hugs* to you all.🌹⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Amo a John.
@2:04 havent heard elton sing that high in the 90s before, although he is singing softly which is easier to sing higher notes vs having to sing louder when performing live
Elton did a good job with this. Not his type of song obviously but he put his own edge on it, and with 'them' playing there was enough there obviously to make a decent track.
golden sun Seeing the quick greeting John received from Elton broke my heart. This was John’s final performance with what remained of Queen, and he was treated like he wasn’t even there...😔

John Deacon looks like he wished he were somewhere else. John Deacon misses Freddie....a lot.
Yes absolutely with sadness on his face...
Thankyou John Deacon for the music. I wish you peace of mind.
I absolutely love John Deacon!
So much emotion, especially from Deacy. So much a wonderful voice missed by Freddie.

Probably because John didn't want to continue with Queen but it's not an excuse to treat him like this. I wish he's happy now, far from all of this.

Misty Souders Freddie*
I hope that John's ok, wherever he is... I love him with all my heart.😍😍😍
5:17 the harmony solo always makes me cry.
John looks to me like he's holding back tears or mixed emotions running through his soul. I feel for him 😢 coz I can imagine he's full of memories of his music life on stage or off & touring mostly done with Freddie.... & this song is.... deeply Freddie 😭
He definitely is
Elton was Freddie Mercury’s good friend.
A very nice with Queen ( Brian, Roger and John ) ❤️❤️❤️
Miss Freddie 😭

1:39 Hi Deaky ❤️
Goodbye Deaky ❤️! More correct
5:46 ❤❤❤❤❤ oh, I love it!

The emotional show must go on.. in this video, i think all people watching this show that time cant believe freddie wasn't on that stage..
I'm crying rn
We will always love & miss you John. 🥰👑

Mais quels grands musiciens ❤️👑❤️🤵🏻❤️😢❤️
Deacon ❤️ Who knows what you'll be doing now...
1:23 that face... Poor Deaky...
John seems to hide disconfortness, though it seems happy in some takes, you can clearly see he is not enjoying at a 100% like he did before.
That's true. It was his last performance in public.
@@mrbadguy4639 Looked like he barely made it through that performance. John Deacon looked like he wanted to burst into tears.
He didn't hide it, pretty sure John said to Roger and Brian that he couldn't do it anymore.
Emocionante!!
the last time john played with queen.
Jhon ....come back
John Deacon needs to Freddie Mercury :'(

Elton barley hugged John, and before walking away John tried saying something, and Elton ignored him.
@2:04 havent heard elton sing that high in the 90s before, although he is singing softly which is easier to sing higher notes vs having to sing louder when performing live
John Deacon is not enjoying this at all... He misses his friend. John and Freddie were the best songwriters in Queen.
One year of ❤️ especially!
Brian wrote many great songs, including this one
😍😘🥰
The queen secret weapon playing the show must go on while he already realize he’s no longer to carry on...
#invisible_hero #2020

This hurts badly, just poor Deaky's manner and everything.
Greatest song they ever did IMO however this doesn’t work with EJ
Deaky sad. I am deaky
Missed the bridge.
If this was the 70’s, elton would have probably done this so much better
this song didn't exist in the 70s
His 90s voice is just as amazing. So I don't agree.
I think John thought “The show MUST go on” nevertheless he lost a vest friend, Freddie.
Elton didnt really have time for poor deaky. Talk about feeling a fourth wheel. Hug walk away lol He doesn't fit in with them you can tell.

Impossible to replace Freddie : Sorry Sir Sir fucking and ridiculous Elton 💔🤢🥶🤢😡😡😡😡😡😡
