Is it possible to lower the neck by unzipping the neck rest or is the zipper fixed to not go lower? I'm 5'1 and have issues with getting it to fit my neck.
I believe the zipper is just for removing the cover so you can wash the cover. I don't think the zippered cover is controlling the motor. Unfortunately if it's already on the lowest setting I don't know if there is a way to get it even lower. You may want to reach out to the manufacturer and see if they have any suggestions.
I drive trucks and I was looking for something like this. Do u think I would be able to put a lumbar cushion behind it without disturbing the back nodes course of travel up and down the back?

Thanks, not sure how circular but it might fit in the middle. A lot of times I actually just put it on the floor against a wall and use it there.

I think it's best to keep the back against a flat surface to make sure it won't get damaged.

Yes, it comes with an adapter for the car. I wouldn't recommend using it while driving as it can be a distraction.

It automatically turns off after 15 minutes as a safety feature. You can just power off and on again.

Mine isn't that loud, make sure yours doesn't have a defect. I also usually use headphones with relaxing music so I don't hear anything.
