If it’s too rough don’t put all your weight into the chair. Sit up a bit more straight.
There’s also 3 different intensity settings in the low back area.
@@drjoseguevara I tried it again, and OMG! I'm in love with this thing!!!!! I have full tears of the supraspinatus on both sides, so sleeping is a challenge. I used it before bed and when I got up. What a difference!!!!!
