The portable massage chair combines shiatsu, kneading, rolling,vibration and heat functions to help you eliminate fatigue, stress and relieve muscle pain. The neck height is adjustable. The back and neck massage chair features 4 unique neck massage modes that offer deep tissue massage to your neck and shoulders.
You can use the chair to massage in 3 zones: Full Back, Upper back & lower Back. The spot function allows you to concentrate the kneading nodes on specific areas to pin-point panful areas and soothe your muscles.
The manufacturer suggests using a blanket or towel on your back if you need a softer massage or if the intensity is too much. There are 3 different settings of intensity as well.
One issue I did find is that the way the neck part sticks out means that it is harder for it to reach my low back, but you could just focus on your low back and not do the neck and low back at the same time.

Putting it here if anyone else has similar question - 'There are more nodes in the 066 model but 076 has intensity adjustments and 076 also has an ergonomic design as opposed to 066 which just is "straight".
