Hey man. I have a Gl500 that I recently heavily customized. but it's my first time facing all mechanics and electrics. so I'm basically a rookie. :D anyway she is miss behaving a bit. The left Cylinder seems to not be firing. Air comes of but cold/very mildly warm, and not as strong as the right cylinder, that idles strong and hot. I have visually nice spark on the spark leads and on the Spark Plug (brand new spark plug). any guess at what could be. and how to fix it? thank you so much in advance for your help.

My guess would be that it is not getting fuel. Run I a few, cut it off and drain the bowl of the trouble cylinder and see how much fuel is in there. If equal to the good side, check the jets. If you can see light through all the jets. Check compression and leakdown if you can.
