Why are you not using The Marks on The swing wheel as instructions says in The maintance manual you end up adjusting The valves wrong ? It has to be on The iginition stroke and The indikator mark assure it’s at The correct stroke when You adjust.
i hope to get more power, and less nois on the fan. Its now electric. And the radiator can cool better. So i hope to get a better engine, bette cooling, and lidl bit more hore power..And more tork.
to get more hore power. And its workt above the 5500 rpm. And fore the fun!!, ist 1 mil more valve mofement.. I also find it dificult to do it in englich.. Greetings marco.
Hi! I'm going nuts: the FSM and the Owner's Manual each have different gaps we're supposed to set the valves to! I'm new to this stuff. But I'm just boggled. FSM says .08/.10 in/out. Owner's Manual says .10/.12 --- which part of Honda was correct? Does it matter? If not, why bother? Ugh. I was ready to do this job today and ran right into this ridiculousness... Help?
@@marcobecker906 i do not think that is so. i have both the 79 Custom 500 Owner Manual and the 78 500 FSM -- they have the diff gap numbers. i've also heard it's American vs rest of world. but neither manual states any exception. really there is no explanation. it's just bad and crazy.
Great respect flows to you from Poland for all the good job you show here.
Thanks Marco!
