@@PrInzzx. I think it can if it's used properly. If they don't know how to turn it on and off and it's just on all the time I think it sounds bad. That's just my opinion, though lol. It's a fantastic accent, but if they just do it on every note no matter how long it is, it just makes it sound like they don't have any control over their voice and they use it to mask the fact they can't stay on pitch to save their life haha. I know that's not what is (usually) is, but it's what it sounds like a lot to me.
