First garden tour of 2024

Hi Friends! My name is Amanda! I live in zone 6 in Southwestern Ohio. I am in my fourth year of intentionally growing my food to preserve it!
In this video I am doing a full May garden tour. I share names of the varieites of herbs, vegetables and flowers I am growing in my garden. A majority of the plants in my garden were started from seed!

I understand artichokes need 2 years to produce the flowers. I tried last year, and my plants did not make it through winter in 6b/7a border. I love the idea of putting them in pots and bringing them in. I LOVE artichokes. Thank you for the idea.

Tincture the mullein, apparently American homestead has a video about it, good for repairing connective tissue apparently.
