that's crazy, what is that material? Why not just order custom laser cut acrylic panels?

I think it's PVC. 🤔And you're right. The material he uses is way too thin and weak.

Sintra sheets. I used it because it is much easier to work with limited tools.
Maybe Honeycomb III could be full acrylic? *wink-wink*
