Awesome man. I had an ostomy bag for a year and still went to the gym. Even did yoga. Just gotta take the necessary precautions.

Great to see you are back. We talked in comments a few years ago when I was getting a stoma for the first time. Now I have a failed j pouch and prospect to return to it. I’m 30 now and the idea of my body being broken and not lifting kills me. But then I saw your short and I don’t think it’s a coincidence.
    Stay. Blessed Joseph

Does your stoma ever swell up or protrude more after working out? Had a pretty heavy gym day and it's definitely protruding more than normal.

I’ve had it swell but not from training it was due to a blockage. If you believe it moved i would get it checked. As it’s a man made thing it won’t fix itself if you have any issues. But I will say they do shrink and move around so it could be that. Having a professional look is always a good idea.

@@JosephGreenlythanks man. It actually reduced in size and is functioning normally. Still getting used to this only had the Stoma for about 4 months. I do train regularly though lifting, cyclin, running, pelaton. Your channel was one of the first I stumbled upon I appreciate the content regarding the health, diet, and fitness. Be well ! Thanks for responding.

My belt seems to pop my bag even if the bag is empty

Is it ok if the belt pushes against the stoma ?

If it doesn't hurt or doesn't cause leaks it should be ok. But I would monitor it.
