- I’ve been growing this gigantic Monstera Deliciosa in my New York City apartment for 4 years now. It has finally outgrown the space and taken over the entire living room so the time has come to cut it up and propagate it!

Yes, I loooove the top cut! I couldn’t bear to let it go? It’s the perfect size! When it hits the ceiling I will reevaluate 😂
Your plant look better for the space. It’s Joy and Happiness. Less leaves to wash. I do not like cutting my big gorgeous plants either.

It was definitely difficult, but everytime I walk by the space I feel a sense of relief so it was definitely for the best.
Making that chop did make more sunlight for the others, I so wish I lived near you I would definitely take the cut off yours hands being that mine isn't doing so good.🌿
