The dorricade is the best because it strengthens the door as well as preventing it from being opened .
However, none of these devices address the main problem which is flimsy doors .

A simple wedge of wood, like you would use to keep a door open, will do the same thing as most of these devices and it’s free. You just need a very small gap under the door.

Interesting. Surely these products are useful, but in Italy we tend to have higher security standards: for example, most apartments don't have fragile wooden doors, but "high security" metal doors. I am not saying that we are more prepared than Americans, it is a matter of cultural variation.

Deadbolts made in the U.S.A are useless against a lock picking thief. A lot of brainless people think if you have a deadbolt or a steel door nobody is getting in my house. Today in this modern world we have a lot of idiots that make their living at stealing. They learn all of this stuff on CZcams on how to pick or bump a door lock. From past experience, I have learned any lock or deadbolt made in the U.S.A. is junk. The best lock made is made by Bowley Lock Company in Canada next will be any lock made in Finland or Germany.

On sliding glass doors, you You screw screws into the frame at the top of the sliding doors back the screws out just enough where the sliding door passes the screws . the door cannot be lifted out of the track because the top will hit the screws! Also use L brackets on the inside of the stationary glass door so it cannot be left out or polled or pried off the track from the outside!

Since it's easy for a burglar to snap a handle and gain access to a cylinder, do you think it would be a good idea to weld the outside handle to the door instead of letting it be fixed by screws? Provided that you can still change the cylinder when needed by removing the plate that's on the inside of the door and then removing the cylinder from the inside.

Nice, but these are not effective while you are away from home, which is when most thieves break in. You cannot set ant of them from the outside once you go out. They are only for people who fear entry when you are at home, which happens but is not as likely. My other house was broken into 5 times, and every time it was during the day while I was gone. Thank goodness I live in a much better neighborhood now. I understand that if you had something you could arm or engage from the outside, it could also be disarmed by a would be intruder. But I hope these work for those who are not living in a safer neighborhood. It would be unnerving to have to sit in your own home and worry about someone bursting through your door. These would be effective for a spousal/partner abuse situation. Been there, done that. Thanks for these great reviews.

Appreciate Video clip! Apologies for chiming in, I would appreciate your opinion. Have you ever tried - Mahorrla Defence Wisdom Method (should be on google have a look)? It is a smashing one of a kind guide for securing your home from danger without the headache. Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my work colleague finally got amazing success with it.

As a targeted individual and talking with other targeted individuals I've heard of several ways to get inside someone's residence bypassing the door and windows.
One person reported people entering their residence from the floor. There was a crawlspace underneath the residence and the Perps simply cut through the floor or pushed a section of the floor upwards. This was not visible because the cuts were hidden by carpeting.
There were several reports of perps coming in through the roof, going inside the space between the roof and ceiling, they found the attic scuttle door and got inside, bypassing an alarm system.
In other cases Perps were coming in through the spaces between the exterior wall and the sheetrock interior walls, of course there is the possibility of entry through the chimney

Lol all these door locks are cheap an trash, and do not gather strength from the actual frame itself. They all can be opened, an you can see the door moving every time the door is hit which will result in eventual breach. Its funny the #1 worlds door lock is not mentioned here which everyone knows is the Linebacker Doorbar lol. The fake door bar that is shown here does not attach to the outer frame of the door rendering it inefficient for a serious breach attempt. I would advise you to do your research before you lead people to buy items that do not attach themselves to the outer frame of the door which is the strongest part thanks.
