DeWalt is definitely not the fastest, there is a lag time, but if you’re in that platform go for it

What are the suggestions between DeWalt kit and paslode, I'm an apprentice and already have a new paslode nail gun but need a bradder to and it's like $1199 for just a bradder but $1500 for paslode kit or $1600 for DeWalt and only looking at DeWalt coz that's what my other tools are. What do people here reckon any info on either is appreciated

Will it shoot paper and plastic collated?

I have the 21 degree older model it will shoot both but can jam with plastic getting stuck in the hammer but not that often and is an easy fix. Just take a nail or screwdriver and push the hammer back. Would remove the battery for safety though.

To all the BRAND loyal people,,,,Im a DEWALT guy( @15k worth)BUT Milwaukee guns(Thats right,ALL OF THEM )are superior to DEWALT. I have the Dewalt 15-16-18gauge ,roofer, and the Framer .The framer jambs so much I dont use it. I sent the framer to Dewalt and they said wrong nails ,I CANT USE 30* PASLOADE NAILS,I HAVE TO USE DEWAT NAILS,,,,WTF is that .The only one of the Dewalt trim guns that will actually sink the nail in hard wood is the 15g. I did find an adapter to use Dewalt batteries with Milwaukee tool ,so I now have Milwaukee 23,18,16,15g trim guns. The Milwaukee Framer (hands down better then Dewalt in every way except weight). And the 18g narrow crown stapler. I leave the Dewalt's in the garage) Project Farm on youtube ,did a fair review on Framing guns,,,,check it out

Shitty gun rather use a pasload or Milwaukee gun , there’s too much lag time between shots which isn’t affective when framing . Saying this I’m more of a dewalt type of guy then any other company’s that manufacture tools however I think this is where dewalt dropped the ball here .
This product is more for a home owner who wants to do a side project around his house however I wouldn’t recommend this product for someone who’s working in construction.

Not sure what you are talking about. I've built a house extension, a boat house, a 2 story bunkie and many other project with this in just the last year. I've driven 2" to 3.5" nails with it. It has a spool up time for the first shot only, and its about 2-3secs. Once that is done, and you put it on rapid fire which everyone does 2secs after buying it, it can fire nails just as fast as you can place them. If you put the gun down and let it spool down, then you are back to waiting 2-3secs for the first shot. If you are constantly doing that, it's not the tool's fault. You need to work more efficiently. Calling it "shitty" is what fanboys of other tools do, just because. If that's your thing, then you be you. The real fact is, the market is dominated by DeWalt & Milwaukee, and you can't go wrong with either one. Neither is "shitty". Both are great industry leading tools.

@@andrewdow1609 never said dewalt was shit most of my tools are dewalt . This gun compared to the Milwaukee makes a huge difference , and seconds matter most when it comes to construction. This is good for a home owner that builds stuff that’s it. I don’t ever marry a brand every brand has there perks however I believe this is one tool dewalt shit the bed on .

@@michaeluilenberg1999 Correct, you never said it was "shit". You clearly said it was "shitty", as it was the FIRST word in your comment. From here on in it sounds like you are now pulling a "CNN" and lying via wordsmithing or semantics. You are wrong. Take the loss and move on. As I don't watch CNN, I won't be wasting any more of my time on you either.
