Business Secretary Kemi Badenoch has emphasized the importance of prioritizing customer satisfaction over engaging in activism or political causes.
She expressed concern about the growing trend of politicisation within businesses, which she believes is counterproductive.
Ms. Badenoch also highlighted the potential divisive nature of certain equality, diversity, and inclusion initiatives implemented by well-intentioned companies.

Transsexual refers to changing one's sex. It isn't about sexuality.

Kevin didn't seem to understand, indeed he asked repeatedly, why companies do this. One reason is the magician's trick of distracting attention from other things they're doing. Another is middle class suits who want to seem down with the kids. Another is the rise of HR culture and trying to make themselves attractive to young employees who are more likely to believe in this stuff. I'm sure there are other reasons.

@@phily8093educated Christians and scholars who have done the absolutely necessary research into the language and culture birthing the texts aim to read and analyse texts according to the intent. Some are poems, songs, allegory where others are to function as historic texts. It's not black and white. A lot is able to be researched as there is/was a wealth of other cultural artifacts and literature available to draw from in addition of the actual people who carried them through time.

Lgbtqia+ isn't one sexual ethic, it isnt homogynous, the queer sexual ethic is as varied and diverse as the heterosexual/cisgender sexual ethic. There isn't one. Every individual will have their own relationship with that. So polyamorous straight/cis people exist. Religeous/Christian queer people exist.
