Cascade Loop Trail - Crossing over from New York to New Jersey on the A.T.

5/18/2023. Section hiking with Nick and Val, we hiked the Cascade Loop Trail, which took us from Cascade Park up onto the Appalachian Trail in New York and across into New Jersey. We were able to (barely) see the New York skyline from Prospect Rock and then hiked a small section of the State Line Trail out into an amazing view overlooking Greenwood Lake. We finished up the trail crossing back into New York and heading back into the park.
