In this video, I'm putting Deceiver Vol 3 to a little test to see how it sounds with minimal processing. This is something I do throughout the pack creation process to make sure the sounds work and make sense for the producers it's intended for!
I didn't know what to call this video but, we will call for what it is!!! GENERIC Mainstream Tech House for the Kids! I do show some cool new thing's I've learned from online tutorials and people!
All the best LOVE ZENNY

It IS WHAT IT IS!!! Deceiver Vol 3 COMING OUT NICELY. Drums BE SLAPPING, Claps be clapping, Synths Be Bumping, bass be thumping...
when will it be out bro?
So true about other sample packs, they just label it "tech house" but its just completely random sounds and samples.
"That one speaks to me"
yes, that's the point of a vocal
I kNOW THINGS bruh
@@ZenWorld 😂 love your vids tho man. Keep it up
Zen World 😂
im depressed af but this comment managed to make me laugh hard for at least 0.5 sec so thank you man
Love your videos dude! Informative and always funny 🔥🔥🔥
Trying to bring the funny BACK!
Amaaaazing tips, my man 🔥
samples in the pack lookin good aye
11:40 You and the people telling you not to do this are both correct. Including frequencies below 30-40hz is very noticeable on massive festival sound systems because their frequency response can actually extend that low. With the lowest being around 22-24hz. But those frequencies don't have to come from your bassline, kicks can really benefit from having that extra rumble in the low end. Also my two hs8 only go to 38hz so with ought a sub you don't get those frequencies in day to day mixing. This is why the next addition for me is a sub (also cause I'm a bass head)
As a side note this applies to playing mp3s vs wavs. In regular listening its almost impossible to distinguish the difference between an mp3 and lossless formats, but because mp3s don't include anything below 30hz they don't impact quite as hard on speakers that can reproduce those frequencies at really high volumes. So cut low! and include just a bit because if your track ends up being played on those speakers you're gonna want it.
tbh I think mp3 cuts everything below 20 hz
@@Kasper-mu4ov you are correct! I was confused and wrote the wrong thing. Mp3s do including the 20-30 range. Buy depending on the encoder used it may decide those frequencies are not needed and might just remove it. I forgot to include the biggest issue with playing mp3s on big systems and that is just how encoding down destroys bass content.

"The MP3 format has a reputation for making bass and low-frequency content sound weak: that slammin' bass line can easily lose its phatness! (See audio examples L and M referenced above.) Low frequencies are harder for DSP algorithms to analyse because their durations are long, and amplitude differences over the short analysis windows used by the encoders may only be slight - so the analysis system doesn't get an entire cycle of a low frequency per analysis window. In some situations, the encoder will be presented with less than a half cycle of any frequency below 114Hz. The AAC format fares much better in bass resolution, and it is thus much more forgiving to the bass."
AMAZING 🔥🔥🔥
Those drums samples are so good, take my money!
Hey Zen what mic are you using in this video? The quality sounds amazing thinking of getting one :D
You Are a legend
Amaaaaaaaaaaaazingg! Wooooooouuu
Useful Bonus tip :
Bitcrush your bass with a higher samplerate so it adds a little spark to the top end.
You are a very informed 808 bass. Learning Everyday!
@@ZenWorld thanks :D
ah, the psytrance trick
@@Nuke_Skywalker yes but works on all genres.
Denise Punisher on default settings is great for this kind of effect, just adds a nice top end to the bass
Thanks bro! 👍💪❤
Zen, when is Deceiver 3 coming out ?
Hey! Where can I find this beautiful vocal pack?
11:22 bro you don't need 10k speakers to hear below ~33hz you can get a decent studio sub to do that for less than $500. If you had that you would realize there is a lot of juicy sub to be heard down there and adds a lot to a track :)
Cool
Any packs of loops without presets and drumloops only?
You talking about the guy from (my mix Lab)?
I want to see you on Revealed and other big labels :)
Make more making tutorials and helping the artist make their sounds then releasing on those big labels. Wouldn't do much for me. If it helps some of my students are signed to Universal, Spinnin, and Revealed... If I need to validate myself X_X
@@ZenWorld no you don't need to validate it, And I appreciate your hard work for us.
Do you have a course? I need to learn how to make some TECH HOUSE!
FAST
When you release your own track?
12:30 GTFO we got Slicex in FL, its basically the advanced version of what you just showed 😎
Can't hear you over the Ableton's clean user interface, trash.
@FL Studio Interface on FL making more sense for work flow.
@@tzetzo_tzetzov clean interface? more like lazy unupdated old GUI
@@mememan2428 Don't fix what ain't broken. Fl's interface on the other hand...
Abelton has more things to create a more professional sounding track plus the too views make making a track easier
Isnt slicex kinda like simpler?
"a lot of the vocal are made be ME" *Zen looks at camera with a smile* lmaoooo
Psyched for the new pack my dude! Random question....why isn't echo popping up in my effects? I'm using Ableton 10.1.18
Just realized it's cuz I'm running standard not suite. FML
Not balling that why ha ha
9:42 Bruh it's Luca P r e t o l e s i LMAO
damnn this is mad
Came for the Fisher memes, stayed for the badass tutorial
Woooow pulling out the "feed my kids" guilt Zen lol
I tell my kids to value these young TECH HOUSE MEN Frum TH3 Int3rN3t
@@ZenWorld Thanks for valuing us but at the end of the day, its your hardwork! :)
@@mememan2428 its your hard word that makes you money which you then use to buy zens hard work.

Hello Zen, great video as always but i feel like your content is becoming repetitive and you need to introduce a new genre. I recommend melodic techno, great genre that can be both energetic, aggressive or relaxing, calm. Some of the artists that i would like you to focus on are Tale of Us, Artbat, Coeus ( Beyond Dreaming EP, italia remix), maybe even Solomun or Boris Brejcha... Best of luck in the future!
I heard you say you have a student, what's up with that? Where can I get info on classes?
patreon look me up but I'm fully BOOKED UP!
@@ZenWorld Is there a way to know when you do have openings?
The clicks in the high end of the bass arent what was causing the issue, your LFO sidechain was clicking. Needed some smoooth.
I do a slope at the end to prevent that. Thought I did it on this one
Ure cool
y'all need to lean about phase analysis to get the kick and bass work together
Or sidechain
Compressor to sidechain the bass to the kick voila they work together :)
ol tan boi.
'im talking shit and the first thing you hear is a fart' hahaha
@10:00 Unless it's Alan Walker
bringing a Ferrari in a Honda Civic Match :D nice
who is the italian guy? viva l'italia ahah
Zen got beef with XLNTSOUND
They calling you out Bro..lol
actually you need "low end shit" if you make english stiles of music
DnB, Garage, Dubstep
there's basses really low and should move sub-woofer in club
low end actually feeling by your body and you can't hear it :)
this time just one peep lol
ANOTHER ONE *djkhaled voice
strange seeing fisher with hair
iT'S SOMEWHERE deep in the bald spot
The drums make the flag of spain😂🇪🇸🇪🇸🇪🇸
I rather have the vocals without any FX on it. Hate when you have a cool sentence and the fx ruined it.
Vocals Won't have fx in the pack. I use them more for filling ut a track.
I think it depends on the purpose. Why are you using "that" vocal?
Beat pollution

@FL Studio actually I'm 85nd and a halfnd

Yes that's the key i'M IN!
"Gonna use some loops" im out, hate loops, whats the point? May as well just use entire premade loop or even a track.
