- grailed shipping has made a major change and now there is a new process to do your shipping on Grailed. I am still waiting on some answers from Grailed about their new shipping process.

How do you get a QR code Grailed label after getting a sale?
Is it already generated when you click on "Get Grailed Label"?
@user-qp3ee8pk7z That, I wouldn't know. I only use 4x6 labels for printing and never used the QR code ones, but I think they do give you an option for QR before selecting if you want to print it out. I could be wrong on that since I've never done the QR way.

I started selling on Grailed years ago. It was very good but it slowed down a lot to nothing. It was once instant paypal payments. I haven't had a sale in over a year until today. How quick do you get paid after delivery and are there any problems.
I have my bank account uploaded for payments. Do you think I'll have any problems getting paid after the 3rd after delivery?
@PhillyGuy61 it's slowed down because now Grailed is determining what the postage is for some things and alot of those items are getting extremely high shipping when we know we can ship it cheaper. We no longer have the option to use anything else other thrn Grailed labels. You shouldn't have any problems. You get paid 3 days after delivery and never had a problem with it.

So basically grailed is charging a mandatory 9$ shipping, either on the sellers ends or buyers end…this is a terrible and a unrealistic shipping ideology. Everyone knows $5 8-9 oz packages are a sweet spot…
100% agree but this is the route that Grailed wants to go and I have no idea why
i don't like this change at all. i just sold a really small shoulder bag on grailed and just realized i got charged $15 for that label. I can get that same label on pirateship or any of these other 3rd party websites for $6 at the most. i've been buying and selling on grailed since 2016, and it's disappointing seeing how this is how they're treating sellers on their platform.
May I ask, did you have free shipping or buyer paid shipping?
So the make money on the front end twice for % of transaction, transaction fee and now twice on the back end on an exorbitant amount in excess for shipping( they think we uneducated, like their users dont know how much shipping cost) and then another way to add a charge with the expedited shipping. Crazy either I or the buyer have to pay twice as much for shipping then it actually should be. But they will learn.
@littlebigbrother7279 yea, we know alotnof the stuff we ship out, we can ship for less but Grailed making us use their labels for domestic orders. I just made a video on the expedited shipping too and that's only if the buyer wants to pay more for their stuff to get there faster. All in all, they are a business and it's their platform and, sadly, we gotta play their game
I stopped selling and buying on Grailed bc of the shipping. I just go on Depop and Posh. Im done with them.
I just sold a belt for $30 shipping from tx to washington.
I believe it weighs way less than the estimate but they just took $30 off my purchase (free shipping).
Probably wont do free shipping anymore but if you or anyone else in the comments knows a way to correct it please let me know, thanks!
That's the downside of doing free shipping on Grailed. Unfortunately there isn't anything you can do since you did offer free shipping and since grailed sets the price for their shipping, they won't do anything for you

I sell on ebay depop & poshmark, I was considering selling on grailed but after seeing this I dont think is gonna work, buyers only pay 15$ shipping for big heavier things like winter coats, if grailed decides that my small lightweight coat is $15 just because they see the word 'coat' in the listing makes no sense, I feel that is gonna be really hard to sell things with these high shipping prices

They should have a team that works on concerns from sellers as ( hey this item weights only 4.7 p.. should be a 7$ shipping)

I agree but unfortunately they won't do that. They really want to streamline their Grailed labels that they are willing to lose money if something is under charged.
so i just shipped item on grailed not knowing you can only use grailed label now i used label given to me at my local post office the same place i shipped the item to the buyer im worried im outta 800$

Hi!! If someone makes you an offer and it says shipping isn’t included in that offer, who pays for the shipping then? Does the buyer always pay and it’s just on top of that offer price or do you as the seller have to pay for it and it comes out of that offer price?

Where do you place the weight for appropriate shipping? I have been listing and have no way to state the weight/size on the listing page. Many items under #1 are saying it will be $15. Something is definitely wrong with this!!

My tips would be the same as the other marketplaces. Take good pictures and make sure you bump your items every 7 days. And of course price accordingly.

I think you can cancel the order or if you can't, Contact Grailed to cancel. I think Grailed gives users 7 days to ship so you might have a seller who ship things at the last minute but if it's been a while, then cancel the order or Contact grailed
They are trying to skim off the top. Because aint no way in hell these items are $15 shipping. I can get a label for $4 , $15 for small items is crazy.

Yep! Grailed is making buyers over pay for shipping and then taking the extra. Wow. Be cautious of Grailed.

One of my items just sold and the buyer and I are in the US so shipping was handled using a grailed label, I don’t know if it’s a glitch, but when I click order details, the label didn’t generate and it’s says “needs tracking” The item was sold an hour ago, do I contact support or does this happen to orders placed late in the day?
If your both in the US, then Grailed should've given you a label. If you can't get the label via the sold items itself or in your email, then would contact Grailed. Only time you would need to do that would be with international orders
Hello, I just sold to a buyer requesting a much faster shipping time. So he told me to buy and use another 2-Day air shipping label from UPS, instead of the Grailed provided shipping label. Will Grailed allow me to do this and update the tracking # within the app? Thank you so much 🙏

I am just starting on Grailed. I don’t under international shipping. I see a place to input a dollar amount. How do I know the amount for each region?
You will have to use your own shipping for international. You have to put the amount you think it is and thats what the buyer will pay. I don't use international in Grailed so I'm not sure how it works
I accidentally shipped something without a grailed label and am unable to update tracking number in grailed and PayPal.
You'll have to contact Grailed on that. Without their shipping label tracking, the order might auto cancel. Grailed support has been slow lately so I would send an email right now

Grailed charges $9 for t shirts. We know we could ship it cheaper but unfortunately grailed doesn't give us that option anymore.
Quick question so if you buy something and they send you go tracking label but never ship the item what am I supposed to do ?
Grailed allows 7 days for a seller to ship an item from the day your purchased it. If they don't ship after day 7, I would contact grailed to step in and give you a refund
How do you choose whether you want to ship to say fedex or ups or usps bc all I’m seeing is that usps is the only option
We don't get that option. Anything 1lb and under will be going USPS, Anything over a pound will be going UPS. We don't have a choice on what carrier we want to use.

Thanks for the subscribe :). It can, Grailed gives sellers 7 days to ship an item out. If you still haven't seen anything after the 7th day, I would message the seller and if the seller doesn't reply, message Grailed

@moveswithsosa1294 strange. Follow up on the 7th day. If tracking shows nothing then it'd probably time to get Grailed involved.

I’m trying to ship from USA to Canada and so I have to pay for any shipping fees?
@UnknownR3h I'm going to make a video about international shipping when I get the time but essentially you just have to use your own carrier, upload the tracking and ship it out. You'll have to pay thr shipping upfront, but the buyer stil pays it and you'll get that money 3 days after delivery
I wanna start selling on Grailed and I’m still a little confused. How do I ship an item using Grailed label?
It's simple. You List your item then if it sales, you'll be able to go to your order details, which in Grailed is the same as messages, and from there you'll see a button to print the label. Put that label on your packages, and you're good to go. Right now, Grailed only prints in 8.5x11 but there is a way to print with a thermal printer which I'll make a video about it another day.

Youll have to go to your library and print it but i think another option would be to go to the carriers drop of location and i think they can print out a label for you. Im not sure about that part since i always print my own labels but its always worth it a try. most of the time they always tell you to email them the label and theyll print it for you.

I would use whatever is available to you and can be tracked on Grailed. That would be something you'd have to look at in Grailed FAQ and if they don't have the answers, I would contact them since I only kno how it works here in the US.
