As others have mentioned it looks likely the '100' in the chicken coop is likely showing a capacity of 100 chickens and not 100 eggs.

yea the 100 is the amount of chickens as the bigger one holds more and it does not take to long to get the eggs
we also plow then spread lime in real life so it does not go to deep

You can leave forklift in shop and use gator to transport palets, and then unload with massy ferguson

When you’re fertilising and there’s that little bit left on the end you could go across it so you’re not wasting any. 16:16
Expand the both of the field too much wasted land
I think the reason your money is still going down fast is because you still have fuel on buy so your workers will buy the fuel and not use what is in the tractor.
Buy a plough to plow in the lime
I love how dirty the machinery gets i think it looks amazing.
Regarding the costs for big bags and pallets: did you know, that if you unload whatever is in your machine into pallets and then bring these pallets to the sale/configuration point at the store you get a fixed reimburstment price for that pallet - REGARDLESS HOW MUCH IT CURRENTLY HOLDS!!! For example you can sell a liquid fertilizer pallet there, holding only 1L and get the same 2.160.-Cr. as if there where 2.000L in it. ;)

When you complete the contract, I believe it automatically finishes the entire field.

On a side note, the average egg is around 0.05 liters. So, to get 1000L of eggs you need about 2000 eggs. That will take quite a while to get so although the price looks good, it will take a while to get them and you money is probably better spent on other things.

I'm not sure if Giants reads these comments, but I just want to say this game looks great. I'm going to play FS17 a bit longer, but probably in the spring I'll be getting this. It looks really beautiful and I can't wait to see what I can create on my own farm.
When you placed your shed originally, and you were talking about the price going up so much when it was right next to the edge of the area, if you looked, you could lower where it sits, and it drops it back down. I placed a shed in the area you said it would be like 30k and it only cost 9300 and it looks normal. You can see all the square pilings for each post above ground.

You're amazing dagger you inspire many people thank you for giving you time to entertain us hope you never stop. Your vids just keep getting better and better keep it up and you will carry on growing everyday may not be by much but each day might get 10 or so,in a year 3650 and that is so great,in my eyes and many others you are the best YT ever I am sure many people will agree you will never never lose this sub
A little better placement and all the equipment can fit in that shed. Move the weeder over and the sprayer sits next too it. leaves a bay for seeder and cultivator, and combine gets a bay. Would buy you a little time before building another storage building.

When comparing contract rewards to other tasks, don't forget to take the cost of the used fertilizer/seed/etc. into account when figuring profit. Fun vids.

Doing full Fertilization on AI owned fields is always worthy.
If you do Harvesting on AI owned field, everything thats over contract is YOURS. You can sell it(often makes more than contract itself) or keep it.
So i was thinking best way to make money in FS is concentrate on couple of fields and do full service on them through contrats. In the end, all extra growth means extra money to your pocket.
Ofc more fields you do full service means more money, but its time consuming and time when contract is up is limited to do entire map. Taking fields of reasonable size close to your farm is best. Big field means more is left for you, but usually means you pay bigger lease for big harvesters etc., so start with smaller ones where you can use your equipment. You'll still need lease for some crops, but if you can use your own its win/win(plowing, cultivating, weeds or fertilizing should be done with your equipment on any field).
Just harvest everything before you make last trip with last yield that fullfills contract, otherwise you lose access to that field and you'll not be able harvest whats left.
Remember to withdraw the price of the fertilizer from the money you get for the contract. So you have to withdraw 2400 from the 6000 you earned. Sure, you did not use all the fertilizer in the tank but still. That is not a very high amount of money for a contract IMO!
The contracts in FS17 sure was broken, you earned way to much money from them. But they still need to be worth the while.
It would be more fun if you buy tractors that’s new in fs19 because both the new holland and massey ferguson was in fs17
Daggerwin You only lose productivity if you don't plow after the four plants listed. After everything else you are fine. This is new for FS19

First off Daggerwin, I love your videos, they’re a part of my daily routine. And I really enjoy all of your series!!! I have an intellectual question for you... when you’re starting off in FS19 and you don’t have all the equipment available at the time you need it based on funds, are you able to take a contract, lease the equipment, and use that equipment on your own fields ( spraying, spreading, harvesting, etc) then use it on the contract field and then return in? Have a good day and I look forward to the next installment of Felsbrunn, and the survival series!!

I haven't tried doing that but I am 95% sure it doesn't allow you to use the machinery on any fields except the one you have started the contract in.
Daggerwin it was just a thought, and it would be very handy for a starting off farmer to be able to take care of the fields and arable side of things easier, till they could afford they’re own equipment, and I really love seeing the different machines and equipment used all over. My family has a farm in Northwestern Oklahoma that was staked during the land run, and it’s been in our name over 125 years now. We farm wheat, some sesame, have cattle, and just enjoy the life. You playing these games with the level of detail and dedication makes me very proud, keep it up :)
Equipment that comes with a contract can only be used in the field that is covered by the contract. Attempting to use it elsewhere will flash up a message saying something to that effect. That thought likely cross Giants' mind.
The 100 on the under the chicken pasture refers to number of chickens you can have in that inclosure not how many they lay

you only have to plow after corn patatoes sugerbeets and sugercane dont know if you noticed it in the vid yet but still wanted to say before i forgot good work btw cannot wait for it to release

Well spotted..so it may be even less than 100 litres then because if each chicken lays one egg a day it's not 1litre per egg (that would be a big egg!)
@@Daggerwin I would imagine that its per 1000 eggs as opposed to litres. I remember selling 100 eggs for £250 ish on fs17. If you multiply that up it could be right

I dont think it means 100 liters, i think it means the small pen can hold 100 chickens max. not sure though but a 100 liters of eggs sounds and is kind of weird way to messure it
Eggs are measured in grams.
Some minor details I wish GIANTS could implement: Different gas types and prices(gasoline/petrol vs gasoline) and also if for example the spraying animation would be disabled for the part of that field it's already sprayed.

Dagg, just one side note: Customize at least one of your tractors to have the highest horsepower so you will have at least one ,,big tractor". Also, please put Ag tires on the Masssey. The communal look great, tbh but you aren't using it exclusively on the road to justify them. If you wanna keep it at least semi real, that is.

hey Dagger, giants should add tire wear making poor traction on the fields and it allows you to buy tires

it would be nice if in a future DLC or update they added a placeable scarecrow that does not damage the crop and stops birds from landing on the field, it does not need to be "functional" (as in stops the birds from reducing the yield), it just needs to block their animation
Daggerwin I think I have a great idea!! Keep the survival series going but make Dagwin move to Peter Woods bigger farm (Ravenport) because I love the series and would love for it it keep going... feedback pleaee

For the love of god daggerwin, get your frontloader down, no one is driving with in the middle or high position on Fields or road when you have no implemnts on it. Sry for complaning about it, but it is not realistic at all, love your vids, keep it up from a big fan

Lol it also bothered me! We have a front loader tractor and it’s crazy how just a few feet off the ground can make a massive difference while using implements! Thanks for mentioning!

i think they could have a liguid fertilizer or herbicide tanker so you could just fill it with either or buy 2 to have both ready
Speading lime and plowing works the same. You need to do one of them, not both.
On the second field, the game showed the need to plow even after the lime was spread.
No, you can need to do both. Lime has replaced the periodic plowing in FS17 that needs to be done every 3 crops. Plowing in FS19 needs to be done after you plant certain crops as listed by the game.
@@bunnywarren Thats obvious. When you plough these "certain crops", you don't have to spead lime.
maybe it might be good to not use tractors from fs17 just for a change and to showcase some new ones?

After contract farming with lease stuff .I didn’t turn them I use them on same contracting job save money.
