I hope someone from giants sees this because I have a really important thing to say. Me and lot other people prefer to do silage with a forage harvester but the problem is there all 200,000 plus. A round baler costs around 80,000. Giants could you please add some more forage harvesters. Like not brand new ones but old ones from the 90’s. Suggestions would be John Deere 6910,class and even fiat because they also made self-propelled forage harvesters. Don’t make them cost a lot,make cost like 70,000 to 100,000 . P.S could you add the John Deere 7000 series. Like if you agree

I seen a video on repair which confirmed both equipment and vehicles need to be repaired. Not only that but it also confirmed too much dirt on both also effect it so repair and pressure wash as well if its dirty. So his combine and header too need repairs.

You're most likely loosing yield because you haven't maintained your machine. You're leaving money in the field.
Poor combine has needed a bath for 3 harvests now :))

If you buy the mower for the grass for your animals, all of the left over grass that is left un-tedderd could be used for silage if you will have enough money for a silage pit.

I have found the quickest way to expand is to take a bank loan and buy land with it if u take about 400k loan it will take a u a max of 4 harvest to repay it

I agree I do it the way we do it in the US. Take out a big loan, buy big ass field, lease big ass equipment. Then work your ass off to repay loan and replace equipment with bought a little at a time. Took me 6 soy bean harvest s to get loan paid off and return and buy all equipment.

Daggerwin, I'm using a Klaas Lexicon harvester mod at the moment.It costs $47000.There are no headers for it,but it is compatible with 3 in-game headers.I got it from 'FS19.lt'.Works perfect with all the headers. Cheers!
Started lapacho... Wanted the bizon to harvest oats in my field but not the money to buy it... Seen a 65k potato contract... 6.5 hrs later got my harvester hahaha biggest field on the map. (Next to rr silo East)
the price starts dropping as soon as a large shipment of goods is delivered, so its a good idea to store your harvests in one of the two free silos that are available in the map so you can stockpile them and sell them all in bulk to crash the market while you profit, later on its better to designate one of the smaller fields as your storage center to build up all your silos and bunkers.. lol that sounded like a military thing almost.. well as they say the nukes of america are below the farms.. (at least that isn't the case with most of europe since most of their nuclear capability is at sea)
Before even watching the video I am guessing that you made that speed down the hill below field 3 ;) Always a blessing driving a filled trailer down there!

I think you found a random bug with the hay bale situation. Plus I think you may have to shred the bale for it to go into the trigger. Enjoyed the video as always 👍 👍

Brilliantly I'm working the same map but in a different way with sheep and grass etc and I'm stuck at around 28k consistently like you ha!
If you haven't noticed, when a tractor is using q PTO powered attachment the rpms increase, changing the sound of the tractor.
Hey Daggerwin , if u buy a land with crops after u harvested the field it has the same value and u make money from selling the goods off the land , hope it helps !

It looks so much easier with a steering wheel, but for some reason i cant use either the G27 or the saitek (designed for FS). Windows wont accept the drivers for my g27 and i hasn't yet been able to find a proper fix for this. And the saitek is just bound to the wrong buttons and will not accept the deadzone setting for me. Back to KB+Mouse it is for me, at least until Logitech get their shit together and releases a driver for my g27 that works with windows. Or Giants fix the problem with their wheel so that it is as easy as it was to "plug-n-play" with it in FS17. Not even my TrackIR works properly, it is weirdly off horizontally but ONLY in FS19 for some reason. Sorry for ranting here, needed to blow off some steam. Anyways love your vids man, have a good one.
I have a large scale farm on fs19 and when I harvest a field with feed for my chickens or horses, I just haul my chaser bin over to the trough and unload into it. It’s very useful, and in the beginning my chickens also held off on the eggs until the first box then they started to lay them faster

It's a cool looking combine, reminds me heavily of older Russian made combines from USSR times. I once did a playthrough on Estancia Lapacho in FS17 just using those and not buying any other combine. Was fun ;)
Yay your using the combine I bought at the start of my game (farm manager). It’s a grand wee harvester but I’m at the point where I need to think about upgrading and I think a bigger tractor might be coming first

Personally I think that you should have perhaps bought the T6 as I think that it would be a good useful high horsepower tractor
that hills fun with a wagon and 57000l of stuff in the trailer u can hit 70mph at which point ur lucky to keep it on the road

my biggest issue with FS19 is the traffic, same goes for 15 and 17. traffic is on rails and weigh more than the world as they can not be moved. that combined with the terrible AI. in FS13 you could push the AI cars out of the way if they blocked you in.
In 19 does dropping straw swaths affect the crop amount? Or is it just an added bonus?

You need to get a silo to store your animal feed so if you run out of it during the middle of the cycle

You've probably heard this many times but dont forget to repair and keep your equipment maintained otherwise you'll lose horse power and I think the harvesters will lose yield

Maybe someone asked this before but cant you accept several contracts, like fertilizing or ploughing etc., lease the machines and hire workers for it, so you would take care of several contracts at once?

The bales have to be completely on the ground not on the spikes.
Dagger you need to repair your combine and header, then it will drive faster and you will get a bigger yield
I had to pause the video.. Your harvester needs servicing that's why its lost its power to go up the hill.. I was hoping from the last video you would of noticed but yet you still haven't.. U may want to service all your other vehicles as well as if u leave if late like the harvester will be expensive

You need to service the implements as well as the tractors. Also any horse you ride needs cleaned or it's price will go down

I've been watching your videos for a long time now, and the only complaint I think that I have ever had is that you use to many workers. You waste so much money with workers when you could do it yourself.

I think you mentioned in your last video that you have FS19 in Steam. I had problems with judder and weird framrate and when I disabled steam overlay for FS19, they all went away. It's now smooth as butter for me. Maybe you can try that and see if it works for you.
Re: raw land real estate--Not sure about prices in Europe but I'm sure prices like that are pretty comparable to the US.
