I have to disagree about you saying Brits version is worse. Imo her vocals and the production were leagues better than Jojo. For example, in the bridge of Jojos version you can clearly hear the autotune when she sings, “when I lay me down to sleep, it’s not your body next to me.” Meanwhile in Brit’s version little to no autotune can be heard

I agree totally. I actually feel pretty bad for her. She's only known calculated marketing and has been forced her whole life into this pigeonhole. And it's made her alot less conscious of nuance and has thwarted her growth and maturity. It's unnatural to make a person a brand. She has no identity of her own and it shows. That's why so many of her moments are being called cringe. She's surface level and narcissistic. But she's been trained to be that. If she's wanted this moment for over 5 years, then for one its not really in the moment organic and also all she seems to have in mind is what she has watched others do. She wants moments that other people had but thats the DEFINITION of inauthentic. I don't think she stood a chance to be a well rounded person. I heard her say that she'll never think she's talented. I beleive she has had to do all these hussles with bows and hyped up voice, ect because its all she had and its all she thought people wanted from her is this caricature. Now that she's moved the caricature into a new face but with the same basic paradigm, it's really shown how it has stunted her maturity. And that's just really not her fault. I think it's really sad.

i only know jojo siwa for 2 reasons. the first reason being my little sister use to be obsessed with her when she was 5-10 years old, AND for one reason in which i violently despise her is something completely not her fault. so context for this story i suffer from extreme blood noses like really bad, have since i was 4. and changes in atmospheric pressure can affect that, i live in Australia and for anyone who is bad with which way is up and which way is down Australia is in the southern hemisphere and is very flat country so when ever i travel out side of my home land to places like England (where this story takes place) my already bad nose bleeds become 10x worse and can even result in me having to be hospitalized. in this situation i should have been admitted to hospital but i wasn't due to my mum being unsure, not her fault we where in a different country all together that didn't have free medical care for us and even i thought i was fine, it wasn't until 4 years later when my mum became a nurse she realized that gravity of the situation which made my feelings for jojo siwa 10x worse. so to do my best to sum it up we were coming home on the bus from stone henge. i had already had several bad nose bleeds while at stone henge which was the reason we were on that bus as my parents decided to just go to the motel early so i could rest and just clam down and get some food in me. and this was actually known by most people on the bus because they had all seen me that day and while we were waiting for the bus bleed from the nose as if i had severed an artery, including the 3 girls I'm about to talk about. so on the bus ride i had another nose bleed and it was again bad. and these 3 about 11 year old girls where screaming and carrying on about jojo swia. acting like a stereotypical obsessed pre teen about a random celebrity. i of course from all the blood lost had an extreme migraine and these girls weren't helping, worse thing about it was 2 of them were directly behind kicking my chair and screaming directly in my ear. they were being so bad an obnoxious that the bus driver actually pulled over and moved these girls up the back then proceeded to ask me if i needed anything in the most English way ever. even the parents of the kids didn't protest them being moved they looked as relived as i did
My daughter has Spina Bifida Occulta. It's a milder form of Spina Bifida. She unfortunately is in the small percentage of people that experience pain, numbness and balance issues because of it. It's awful and she suffers not just physically but mentally from it as well. It's an invisible disease and when people look at her they don't see anything physically wrong so they figure that she is perfectly fine. It's caused issues with her finding and keeping jobs. Even with medical documentation and being completely up front with employers about it, they still treat her like she is perfectly fine and completely ignore everything she brings to them from her doctors stating what her physical limitations are. So she either can't fine a job or she can't keep jobs she does find because no one wants to believe that this pretty 24 year old has this disease that can be debilitating at times. It caused her issues all through school as well. Because of it, her hips don't sit right and she has bone spurs throughout her hip joints and is going to need surgery before she is 30 to deal with it.
I always feel so bad for anyone that suffers from it and I wish there was more education out there for people with "invisible" issues and just the populace as a whole.

@@justnana13-klj40 the amount of times i’ve had to explain one of my diagnoses to a specialist is honestly flabbergasting. like you said, i know doctors aren’t computers and can’t be expected to know everything but sometimes it’s just inexcusable lol. sad to know that this is a common experience for so many of us disabled folks. when you know more about your condition than your doctor does, who can you turn to? it’s tough out there lol
