      Yeah I think you can learn some things from watching videos like this. Ok glad you liked it will try to bring my camera for more trainings then, we are lucky here in Norway that we are still allowed to go out and train in the forest. 😊

    I can only say that this is a phenomenal run, and also a video. Congratulations to you. Competitors from my country, Serbia, would have a lot of problems with orienteering technique. Very demanding for us. Cheers!

    Love the video. More please. What set up do you use? Ae you wearing some sort of gimbal. I use a go pro7 black which has pretty good stabilisation.

    • @goranwinblad
      @goranwinblad  Před 4 lety +2

      Thanks, yeah will bring the camera on more trainings :). I use a 360 camera, the Insta 360 One X, gives really good stabilization and wide angel when you export it to a regular video. The downside is very bad battery life as you could see. It was also sad to see that the CZcams compression makes the quality so much worse. Before upload it looks a lot better with more detail and less noice, but I guess this is a problem whatever camera you use when you upload to CZcams. I record the GPS track with an old Suunto watch and the put it into Livelox.

      Göran Winblad yeah. I have the same problem with quality when I upload.

    Hur hårt pushar du i ett lopp (medeldistans respektive långdistans) i % av maxpuls och känsa? :)

    • @goranwinblad
      @goranwinblad  Před 4 lety

      I medeldistans försöker jag egentligen pusha så hårt jag kan från start där tekniken tillåter det. ofta runt 90-95% av maxpuls. Långdistans nästan samma, men försöker hålla mig borta från den värsta syran i första delen av loppet.

  • @laaksmik

    Tough control that 5th one to take in full speed :P Why do you think you made such a big mistake?

    • @goranwinblad
      @goranwinblad  Před 4 lety +3

      Yeah, but I did a really bad job to that one as well. I new exactly were I was when I was passing the track, and from there it is super important to do a good job with the compass and if I would have checked my compass a couple of times I think I would have hit the control. But I was underestemating the control and didnt check the compass carefull the last part wich is why I ended up to much left. Frustrating, but a good reminder to always check that compass heading in to the control from your attackpoint :)
