It was good until you mentioned JC. He is not the Lord.
Is this a law in the Torah?
Yeah, reread a bit more. There are more out of this world traditions that are not practiced anymore today especially temple & cohanim related practices.
Yes.
@@Toastedbagelandcreamcheese I really think that this is not a low from the Torah
@@BoulderBlockBrick Could be but this one is not in Torah

Absolutely agree, a great women should be treated as such

It sounds ludicrous because it is. There have been reasons for these “rules” 2000 years ago (maybe not too), but they no longer apply. Leave the nonsense in the past.
Spiritual states have not changed in 2000 years. Why would it have made more sense then (in your opinion)or make less sense now either?
@@michellelansky4490 Don’t understand your question. But there may have been a reason not to eat shellfish 2000 years ago. Like getting sick. It no longer applies. So why continue with slavish deviation to rules that have no relevance to today?
@@aaronnelson1191 The opposite is actually the case. Scientists keep on coming out with health statements proving the laws of kosher are the safest way to eat. However with niddah, the reason is spiritual purity. That does not change
@@beans4853 Most modern Jews we don’t follow these laws. And we’re fine. But you do you.
@@beans4853 Although i will get my meat from a kosher butcher. It’s better than the slaughterhouse.
That's clearly a man made law. I can guarantee a Prophet of the Almighty , would never have preached this . Kinda like you can wear simulated hair (a wig) to cover your own hair........
The exact opposite is true. A human being would never make up a law that's counterintuitive, and refrains him in one of his most basic desires. But not just the commandment comes straight from G-d's Will, also the CAPABILITY of the Jew to perform this commandment is ONLY from G-d (remember, it's almost 2 weeks every month)!
@@mdbedelsohn4307 ,da hell does that mean?
@@mdbedelsohn4307 , it can't be man made because it's An inconvenience, and the ability to perform the task is GOD given.
Child birth and the Ability to endure are from the Almighty, for example. so I don't get what you saying?
@@BenjaminMilesPerry my response was concerning the laws of "distancing" as discussed in the Video. Concerning the law to cover ones hair, that law is purely to cover ones hair to the best possible way. (Nothing to do with modesty, which is another law which is more focused on the "how" not making the wrong attractions. But when it comes to the law of COVERING the hair after marriage, the wig is the best, since it covers all the sides and doesn't come off easily, while being dignifying to the woman's appearance.
@@BenjaminMilesPerry Exactly! That's because child birth is a G-d given commandment given to everyone.
Honestly that's... pathetic
Judaism is OCD
Man made rules. All stupid. Thanks God for Jesus. It’s about the heart and not stupid nonsense traditions. So, isn’t the nurse passing the germs or what ever to the husband? SMH!
It's not about germs it's about preservation of intimacy between husband and wife during days of separation. I am glad you enjoy your religion.
If you are a Cristian you have to respect the Torah (five books of Moses) that commandment is retten there. It's not made man rules.
@@eitansoffer335 Sorry, I don’t follow Moses. He failed. All that went before Jesus were thieves and robbers. Only the messiah is worthy of following. Thank you.
Purity laws are chukim, part of the category divine decrees beyond human understanding. Following them is meant to demonstrate faith, obeying the Almighty out of trust rather than because it aligns with your own intuition.
@@swiftsetrider4543 purity! But the heart is evil and thoughts are murderous! How do you clean that?
And that is just stupid. I'm Jewish and human and wen my wife give birth to our son I kissed her. That part brother is just stupid.
You can be Jewish and not follow Jewish law
The exact opposite is true! No human being would make a LAW that's counterintuitive and limits him in his most basic desires. Such a human made law would last a short while, let stand 3335 years!!! So not only is it obvious that these laws come only from G-d, also the CAPABILITY of a Jew to perform this commandment comes ONLY from G-d (remember it's about two weeks, every month)!!
