    I exfoliate my feet once a week and I think that's really important in addition to moisturizing them. Thanks for the reminder to floss. I'll start with Flossing Friday and try to build the habit from there.

    I like how holistic your ideas are- health & finances, not just aesthetics, really do improve your self esteem and get your glow back ✨ I am working on consistency with these kinds of things at the minute.. Im not so good with making habits.. yet! 😊

    Great ideas and very doable. As a side note, the oral hygiene gum health concerns are totally a thing. I know two people who have had to get gum grafting surgery since April - it’s really nasty. I will floss daily and use an electric toothbrush with a pressure sensor for the rest of my life to avoid having to do that.

      Oh my gosh! That sounds awful. Oral hygiene is so important. I'm afraid of the dentist so I try to do everything I can to avoid needing dental work 🙈

    thank you for your glow up advice. also take your supplements daily. i take hair folic and biotin for hair growth and thickness.

    To be honest 3 liters water a day is a lot studies say that 1.5 to 2 liters is enough.

      I think it varies based on things like size, the weather, activity level. Anything less than 2.5l for me and I start to get headaches 😫

      I’m 5’1 and quite small framed. My dietitian told me anything more than 2L is too much and will deplete my electrolytes.

      Sometimes I do need 3 liters, based on my workouts.
