I never seen 3.73s on a Ford dually before the 10 speed transmission. I tried to order them on my 05 6.0 and the Ford dealership said duallys can only be ordered in 4.10 and lower.
Ended up being an electrical feed! I found out that most of the sensors on the engine feed power in and out of eachother so if one has a loose or wiggly connection it sends the wrong voltage back to the next sensor
