- The previously deregistered political party, Black First Land First has been given the green light to operate again. Party leader, Andile Mngxitama collected the party's registration certificate at the IEC's headquarters in Centurion. In 2019, BLF was deregistered after the Freedom Front Plus took the party to the Electoral Commission arguing that its registration in 2016 was irregular, as its constitution violated legislation by limiting membership to black people. Mngxitama maintains that although BLF has amended its constitution, white people are not welcome in the party.

Mandela’s ideologies shifted and evolved. Free markets reigned throughout his tenure - so that’s practical evidence that what you are claiming is false. Banks, mines etc are still privately owned so where is all this communism hiding?
Mandela was once staunchly communist, but he, and much of ANC shifted to the right of the political spectrum in the late 80’s.
