- Black First Land First or BLF says it will not appeal this week's decision by the Electoral Court in Bloemfontein denying it leave to appeal the decision to deregister it as a political party.
This follows an appeal lodged by the Freedom Front Plus, who said the BLF's exclusion of membership based on race was contrary to the Electoral Act.
The BLF will discuss the way forward at its Special Policy Conference at the end of November 2019. To discuss this further, Andile Mngxitama, the Leader of the Black First Land First movement joins Morning Live from SABC Durban Studios.
